Chose this hotel via booking.com after reading reviews & looking at the pictures. Arrived late afternoon, chose this hotel so we could attend a concert at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Paid a silly amount of money to stay in a tiny room that had someone’s false eyelashes still on the bathroom floor & stained carpets. The room had no mini bar as advertised. Don’t know whether it was the staff or the neighbours but there was banging noises all night. Not too surprised about paying a silly amount of money because it is London after all & everyone pays to get ripped off but the £15 to park in the tiny car park behind the hotel is an added expense you don’t know until you ask. The reception staff on check in were pleasant enough, however arriving back after the concert the guy on the desk didn’t even lift his head to acknowledge our existence. When we were checking out the man didn’t ask us what room, how was our stay etc just took the key cards. Breakfast was nice but again not the friendliest of services.

Noisy at night, stained carpet, false eyelashes on bathroom floor. Staff not very welcoming. Very expensive for such a small room & added costs for parking.
The lobby and restaurant look modern, and our room was clean. There is a bus station very close to the hotel. The price per night was reasonable.
The hotel is far from the centre, which we knew before booking, but after 4 days the long trips back and forth became tiring. The windows let in a lot of noise, and the rooms were very small, with just a bed and a bathroom and no extra space. No slippers or fridge are provided. The shower gel bottles are not easy to use, which is something the hotel could simply fix.
The restaurant was good.
The sound proofing was non existent - I could hear the man in the next talking for hours & there snoring all night. The room was located on the ground floor by the stairs so could hear people returning to the hotel all night - not very restful!
The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were great, welcoming and friendly.

The TV functions weren’t working/ were limited. Rooms seemed bigger in pictures, was given a small room.
First of all, I want to say a massive thank you to the hotel team for helping us with an urgent early check-in. They really did everything they could to accommodate us, and we truly appreciated it so much.
The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially the girl at reception — I believe her name was Stefania. A special thank you to her for being so friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout our stay.
The room was lovely, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was amazing, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had a really good night’s sleep.
In the morning, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious — honestly 10/10. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all excellent.
I can genuinely recommend this place and I’m really happy we chose to stay here. Thank you again for such a lovely experience!
Convenient location for accessing Walthamstow theatre. Bit of a trek from Leyton station, but the bus stops right outside the hotel.
Definitely more of a “budget” style property, but the room was clean and front desk was helpful. There were cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom, and a really unpleasant smell in the hallway.
