L’emplacement est calme, pas au central London, mais à 15 mins en train de la gare de St Pancras
La fenêtre donnait sur un mur à 10 cm d’écart et elle ne s’ouvrait pas…
Lovely hotel and rooms are spotless, comfy bed!
Decent location with good transport links and shops.
Although aircon was in the room it was noisy but without it the room is sweltering. You can feel it in the corridor too.
Staff are very helpful
I was in Room 215 and it was awful. It was at the front and there was no curtain to cover the window above the bed. All night the lights from zebra crossing and lights from house opposite and cars were lighting up the ceiling. Also the quilt was so heavy it was too much for this time of year. There was no other bedding to use. The pillows were like rocks. There was no bathroom mat to stand on after shower . It was not a good experience. When I have been in room 106 it was fine. This room was awful .
