War ein guter Aufenthalt, aber noch Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausweichmöglichkeit gebucht, da unser eigentliches Zimmer eine Katastrophe war. Hatte innerhalb weniger Minuten die Bestätigung, dass wir kommen können und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn auch nicht das beste Englisch.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, man hat von den anderen Gästen nichts mitbekommen. Es gibt Stecker für USB-Anschluss, für die man keinen Adapter braucht. Lichtschalter direkt am Bett, es muss also niemand mehr aufstehen.
Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, aber trotzdem einmal á la Carte gefrühstückt, war sehr lecker und man bekommt 20% Rabatt, wenn man im Hotel übernachtet.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat sich selbst immer wieder umgestellt, mussten auch nachts öfter aufstehen um die Temperatur anzupassen. Auch tagsüber hat sie sich selbst verstellt und es war dann teilweise sehr kalt oder sehr warm, wenn wir zurück ins Zimmer gekommen sind.
Es kam jeden Tag das Reinigungspersonal, hat die ersten beide Tage alle Handtücher gewechselt, die anderen Tage dann immer nur noch eines und am vierten oder fünften Tag haben sie den Duschvorleger und ein kleines Handtuch mitgenommen und keine neuen hingelegt, hatten dann also am Ende wesentlich weniger Handtücher als zu Beginn.
Durch den Teppichboden war es auch teilweise sehr staubig im Zimmer.
Die angegebenen Zeiten für das Restaurant und die Bar haben überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Uns wurde bei Check-In gesagt, Frühstück gibt es bis 13:00, im Restaurant hieß es dann bis 15:00 Uhr (Was ja grundsätzlich gut ist), die Bar hätte bis 23:00 geöffnet sein sollen, auf der Zimmerkarte stand 22:30 und geschlossen hat sie um kurz vor 22:00 Uhr.

Pros:

The hotel is connected to a restaurant which was really nice.
The room was spacious and staff were friendly.
Good value for money.

Cons:

The TV in the rooms advertise a 24 hour bar, however this isn't the case.
We contacted reception at about midnight to ask for some drinks and were advised the bar was closed.
Rooms near the front do get quite a lot of road noise.

Pros:

Room was clean and well air conditioned. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. The overall appearance of the hotel was excellent. Clean and lovely decor.

Cons:

Beds could be a bit bigger, especially when advertised for two people. The toiletries supplied are quite small.

The hotel is nice , shame about the night sleep though.

There is a restaurant in the hotel with tasty amazing food.

Cons:

The room was ice cold when we entered first time. It took some time to get to a comfortable temperature.
It was also very noisy, we could hear the road and due to a round window above the bed without any blind or curtain on it it was very light in the room. We didn’t have a great night sleep.
