My third time at this hotel very good location respectful owner and helpful manager and polite staff kindness home cleaner dont loose this hotel because one of the best for budget👍

A littel old but if you have more money then go to 5 star sure it s more modern

Une expérience catastrophique : service médiocre, chambres non conformes et personnel désagréable.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé deux petites chambres prévues pour 4 personnes, alors que j'avais réservé sur Booking deux chambres pour 5 personnes. J'ai montré la réservation à la personne de la réception, mais il m'a répondu qu'il n'en savait rien et que c'était probablement une erreur de la part de Booking (j'ai d'ailleurs enregistré notre conversation).
Face à son incapacité à trouver une solution, je lui ai au moins demandé un lit supplémentaire. Il a alors apporté un vieux lit plié/cassé au milieu sur lequel il était impossible de dormir. De plus, nous ne pouvions même pas ouvrir l'armoire tellement l'espace était étroit.
Nous n'avons pas non plus pu ouvrir le coffre-fort. On nous a dit que quelqu'un viendrait le débloquer car il était (bloqué), mais personne n'est jamais venu.
A la deuxième journée ma fille s'est blessée au pied à cause d'un verre cassé dans la chambre
Quant aux portes, c'était une autre histoire : à chaque fois, les portes ne s'ouvraient pas et nous devions descendre à la réception pour réinitialiser la carte, sans en connaître la raison (j'ai pris une vidéo pour le prouver).
Le petit-déjeuner était quasiment vide. Enfin, le personnel était très antipathique, ne souriait jamais et ne parlait même pas anglais.

It was decent

Приезжали на концерт Макса Коржа, останавливались в этом отеле))
Все очень понравилось!
Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные) в номере все есть , холодильник, чайник , кондиционер 👍
Правда ночью с улицы шум доносился, но у нас были беруши , поэтому в целом все хорошо.
За такую цену отличный вариант в центре Стамбула 👍
