Staff friendly with advice on restaurants and rooftop lounges in the area. Great location for easy walking to the attrac
Pros:

Walking distance to the main attractions and markets. Property has many different restaurants and bakery’s in the vicinity to choose from.

Cons:

The stairway has sensor lights which I feel could come on a little higher up as you descend down as it can be a little dark and makes on feel you can’t see the stairs so well.

Good location and great receptionist
Pros:

The location within walking distance to Agyasofia and Blue Mosque. I gave two extra stars for Mansour who was extremely polite and helpful staff member.

Cons:

The rooms have hardly any daylight with windows situated inside small opening opposite each other.
There is lots of noise from the other rooms and the corridor.
The budget ground floor room has issue with humidity - there are stains on the walls and unpleasant smell (probably because of no ventilation from the toilet).
Parking lot is basically a ripoff.

L’emplacement était central. Possibilité de stationner dans le parking à proximité (15€ la journée) et de tout faire à pied. Logement propre et confortable. Je recommande.

Pros:

Fantastic cosy hotel perfectly located near Kadirga Hammam. Sayed is extremely attentive, friendly, professional, and helpful. We stayed two times and will stay again. Highly recommended.

Yellow lamps in the room would fit better)

Pros:

We had a fabulous stay in Reyyan hotel. Location is great, in the heart of historical streets and buildings, rooms are clean and cosy, on the first floor you can find tea, prepared by friendly staff.
Special thanks to Sayed (and his colleagues) who welcomed us, warm, attentive, professional attitude means a lot.
A lady Esma who is responsible for housekeeping and cleanliness, she does a great job!
Thank you all and we will come back! ☺️

Cons:

The rooms are stylish, comfortable and have all you need, maybe regarding design, personally I would add more bright details, to make room lighter (yellow bulb bedside lamps, brighter colour curtains, bed covers, etc. ☺️)

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Alles war top – das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Service ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

الفندق نظيف ومرتب وجميل والموظفين كويسين بزياده والغرفه حلوه الغرفه حقت الشخصين وسيعه وغرفة الثلاث اشخاص ضيقه ، دورة المايه كويسه والمويه كويسه والمكيف تكييفه كويس مره ، عيب الفندق الدخله والطلعه انه على نزله لو معاك كبار سن او ناس صعب عليهم المشي ما انصحك فيه غير كذا كل شي تمام ومن انظف الفنادق الي سكنت فيها

amazing and comfy
Pros:

lovely hotel the guys at the reception are very kind and helpful they gave me and my parents great recommendations and took care of every single concern or ask we had, the hotel is nice and cozy and very clean, loved it would definitely go again!

Cons:

i wish there were table lamps beside the beds would have to get up to turn off the lights at night haha its minor but it would make the room 10/10 in terms of comfort

Pros:

Δεν έχουμε λόγια για την εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Ήτανε πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί! Μας έδωσαν και ISTANBUL CARD για τις μετακινήσεις μας στην πόλη και έναν χάρτη για να μπορούμε να πάμε στα αξιόλογα μέρη! Θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε εμείς και θα προτείνουμε στους φίλους/γνωστούς μας!

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα αρνητικό. Απλά εύχομαι σύντομα να αποκτήσουν κι έναν μπουφέ για πρωινά στο ξενοδοχείο!
