This hotel was warm and cozy.
Pros:

A cozy, charming and well cared for hotel. Very nice room and bathroom. The bar and restaurant were well decorated and lovely. The location was perfect in the center of the walled city. The breakfast was very nice.

Expensive and felt mislead. Disappointing.
Pros:

We booked the hotel and the room was marketed as an apartment. That was fine except they didn’t disclose the apartment was across and down the street from the hotel. They didn’t so close that there was no elevator and the apartment was 4 stories up and accessible only by stairs. They don’t disclose that the only bed was a double sized bed. Expensive and very disappointing.

Fabalous hotel
Pros:

Great location at the top of the diamond. Very clean, elegant and calm atmosphere. Really sophisticated. We had a very luxurious suite- wish we could have spent more time. The staff were so professional and couldn't be any more hospitable (top quality) 👏 . We will return again for the 5th time. Food was delicious.

Wonderful team
Pros:

I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful hotel and it’s wonderful team. The reception team, namely Kays and Claire were so helpful and thoughtful, during our stay. My son became unwell during our visit and they were so hospitable and concerned it made the world of difference to our stay in Derry.
Thanks girls, you are a credit to this Hotel.
