كانت إقامتي في الفندق جميلة جدًا ومريحة، والأجواء هادئة والمكان مرتب والخدمة بشكل عام كانت رائعة. أعجبني حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي من الموظفين وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء.

كما أن هناك بعض الموظفين المميزين جدًا في خدمة الغرف، واضح عليهم الإخلاص والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وكانت الغرفة بعد تنظيفها مرتبة ونظيفة بشكل يشرح الصدر.

بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة واستمتعت بالإقامة، وبإذن الله ستكون لي زيارة أخرى. فندق يستحق التجربة وأنصح به بكل سرور. 🤍

Miserable experience.

Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional. Upon check-in, my luggage was misplaced, and it took an unreasonably long time to locate it. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and accountability in handling the situation. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service.
