The entire staff was amazing
Pros:

Excellent

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was phenomenal. The staff was absolutely amazing. I hate that I didn’t get her name but the young lady that checked us in provided over the top, excellent customer service and should be commended. She was so sweet, she guided us on everything, she explained all the amenities, told us about the Bistro, local sites and everything

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

I stayed overnight, but I received two payments. I'm requesting a refund.

When I arrived at the hotel, $230 was approved once more.
