Cons:

We booked on Booking.com. The staff couldn't find our reservation and told us we would have to rent a room, so we did. The next day, both charges were deducted from our account. Went to the main desk several times, and Noone would help.

Fruit on the floor in our room ! Hair on bathroom floor. I know they work hard all day! So I’m sure it was just an over sight! We enjoy the Hotel and the casino ! Nice staff ! Nice house keeping . Over all we are and were satisfied
