Cons:

I booked a king bed, when I went to my room, it was 2 queen beds. Disappointed with that.
The toilet seat was loose and every time I sat on it, it would move. The rest of the facilities were great.

They do not tell you how to operate the elevator during the self check in process. We had to learn from another vacationer and we had to teach others as well.

It is not clearly marked to easily find things. It was an act of God figuring out how to order room service. That needs to be an easy process. Staff didn't tell me next step like oh your new make sure to use key card to use elevator. We went 2 days w out toilet paper even though we told housekeeping twice. It took me 4 calls and 3 hrs to get housekeeping to pickup. For the amount of money I spent this should have been a seamless and relaxing time but it wasn't.

Never Again!!!! Circus Circus of NC!!
Pros:

If you book through this site you have to pay extra $40 at the Hotel for a Non Smoking room!!! They also tack on a $40 resort fee so if you are a Non Smoker add $80 to whatever price you book at and that's the actual cost per night!!!

Cons:

Customer service was at a zero!!! Everything was an upcharge including checking in before 3pm. Then after 3pm they direct you to the self check-in kiosk.

Tried to check in early. My Birthday celebration. The Ladies never smiled. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Before 1pm,extra 60 after 1 20 bucks. Redicilious. If room is ready why charge extra. You know casino makes enough as is. Room was not clean at all. Stepped in dog urine on carpet which was disgusting. Was not a little puddle it was all in front of dresser. Bathroom sink slow drain. Not clean as early stays.

Absolute rip-off. I booked a non-smoking room through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the hotel forced me to pay an extra $29/night just to get the non-smoking room I had already paid for. Management completely refused to help or refund it. They also tacked on an extra $50/night and a $34/night resort fee. The walk rate during this low season was only $79, yet I ended up paying nearly $280 a night due to these hidden costs. Speaking to other guests, this is a systemic issue—everyone is getting scammed with the same extra fees. Booking.com needs to clean up this listing. Unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place!
