A property with great potential but a lack of attention to guests.
Pros:

The location of the hotel/residences is excellent. The size of the 2BR apartment is great and very suitable for families with children. The parking is free of charge.

Cons:

This was my 3rd stay in Kukucka, the first time after the management of Aplend. The staff is extremely unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast area is overcrowded, and if you arrive at 9am, you will not get refills of some of the breakfast items. There were reservations for a large table for groups that never arrived, and our family of 5 was seated at small tables with 3-4 chairs. The situation in the evening was similar. As part of the HB package, we felt unwelcome, and on the last evening we were denied permission to sit outside. The outdoor areas are tired, the bridges need some attention, and the cleaning in the rooms is non-existent.

Krásný hotel ve velmi dobré lokalitě. Ideální základna pro výlety v Tatrách. Výborná restaurace v areálu hotelu. Možnost využít malou posilovnu.

Cons:

V hlavní sezoně byly hotelová parkoviště na hraně kapacity, ale nějaké místo se vždy našlo.

Nagyszerű szállás
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon finom volt, széles volt a választék. Mindenki talált magának megfelelőt.
A szobák nagyon tágasak felszereltek és kényelmesek voltak.
A wellness részleg felszerelt volt.
A hotel elhelyezkedésse is jó helyen van

Понравилось местоположение,10 минут пешком от железнодорожного вокзала и автовокзала,а также где 7 минут от подъемника.
Прекрасный вид из окна,речка протекающия внизу,которая успокаивает ночью.
Отличный и разнообразный завтрак.
При отели есть ресторан где можно и пообедать и поужинать.
Номер был с маленькой кухонькой.

Cons:

Не понравилось,что не была сделана уборка номера,я имею ввиду хотя бы пропылесосить.
Каждый день выносили мусор и меняли полотенца и все.

Izba bola krásna, veľká, veľká výhoda dvoch kúpeľní, čistota. Raňajky boli chutné, akurát jedna nevýhoda pre bezlepkáčov že hodinku po otvorení raňajok už nebolo pečivo bezlepkové.

Super ubytovanie v centre turistického diania , blízko na lanovku a chodníkom na turistiku.
Pros:

Vynikajúci hotel, nadherné okolité prostredie , príjemný personál a čašníci v reštaurácii,ktorí podávali chutné , bohaté , pestré ranajky a tiez večere . Samotný hotel bol čistučký , tak ako aj izby , útulné, vybavené vsetkym potrebným co potrebujete, teraska vonku na prijemne posedenie pri kávičke, no vsetko top . Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt .

Pros:

Pouze jídlo v restauraci

Cons:

Pokoj nebyl čistý, wc smrdělo jako celá koupelna, za dveřmi se nevytírá. Úklid celkově odfláknutý. Pokoj by chtěl provonět čistotou včetně koberce. Pokoj byl evidentně nad kuchyní takže všechen zápach šel hezky nahoru. Potom si vyvětrejte! Záclona špinavá a balkon taky pavučiny všude včetně pokoje a balkonu. Na chodbách špinavý koberec který je cítit špínou a prachem. Snídaně organizace katastrofa vše zachránilo jídlo ale bylo velmi málo prostoru na vystřídání tolika hostů pouze do 9.30 ! A zahrádka uzavřena kde by se dalo za pěkného počasí využít další místo k sezení. Personál chodící katastrofa buď je tak mizerně zaplacený nebo je práce prostě nebaví a hosté je evidentně obtěžují. Na zahrádce sestava stolů pro 4 když jsou lidé i po 2 a potom po vás pohlíží kdy už konečně odejdete tak jdete a dáte si ten drink tam kde vás rádi uvítají a neobtěžujete je.. Byla to naše první a poslední návštěva hodně štěstí 🤞🏻
