Location
I was very disappointed with several aspects of my stay. First, I was not happy with the front desk service, especially from Matias, who was unfriendly and provided poor service. The only exception was the bartender at the rooftop bar, who was friendly and provided excellent service.
The breakfast restaurant service was also disappointing. The breakfast buffet options never changed throughout my stay, and the quality of the food was quite low.
What disappointed me the most, however, was the overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially the guest rooms. There was dust, stains on the walls, mold and mildew in the bathroom, and the bathtub was in poor condition. The towels were worn out, stained, and looked old and heavily used, which further reflected the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness.
I was also concerned about safety in the rooms. There were electrical outlets behind the television with missing covers, and some were loose and hanging from the wall.
Finally, the photos advertised by the hotel do not accurately represent its current condition.
