Generally very complete breakfast for many guests
Cons:

Some cleanliness concerns in communal/bar areas and occasional debris in bathroom

Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Mixed reports: some guests praise room cleanliness, but there are repeated negative mentions (constant sewage smell in rooms, signs of dirt on terrace bottle collection, debris in bathtub, and occasional lower-quality towels), indicating below-excellent cleanliness.
Service
9.2
Overall very positive: multiple notes of friendly, helpful staff, fast check-in and even complimentary upgrades; a few comments indicate front-desk and restaurant service could improve, but service is generally a strong point.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised: numerous mentions of excellent location near shopping (Del Sol, Paseo la Galería), corporate axis, and convenient access — one of the strongest positives in reviews.
Room Quality
8.8
Generally good: many guests report spacious, comfortable rooms and beds; occasional problems noted (noisy air conditioning, a broken bed for one guest, some basic/defective furniture), so room quality is solid but not flawless.
Amenities
9
Good amenities: rooftop with pool and bar, ground-floor bar, free water/coffee/capuccino availability cited; minor issues include cleanliness of bar bottles and espresso sometimes charged separately.
Value for Money
8.6
Mostly positive: several guests explicitly call out excellent price-quality ratio, though a few feel the quality could be better for price (e.g., parking charged separately), so value is perceived as good overall.
Food and Beverage
8
Mixed: many guests praise a very complete breakfast, but multiple comments note quality problems (dry pastries, bad coffee, fruit not ripe) or that breakfast is merely adequate; F&B is acceptable but inconsistent.
Overall Experience
8.6
Generally positive: frequent remarks like 'would return', 'excellent', and 'everything excellent' contrast with some deterrents (odor issues, parking inconvenience), yielding a strong but not perfect overall experience.

Pros:

Sector cochera. Estaba sucio. Algunos papeles y latas en el piso. Saludos
