Cons:

Everything it was dirty, room wasn't clean dirty bed sheets, medication from last person was left in there, the shower was faulty TV didn't work remote control covered in dust. Disgusting.
Also a bed egg smell in building and in my room made me feel nauseous.

Lift didn't work, had to climb two floors of stairs with heavy fire doors to open and shut

Great location but needs a lot of work, could be a great hotel if the staff actually cared!

Welcolm to Faulty towers. Nice staff, comfy bed and working fire alarms.
Pros:

Bed was fresh and comfortable and the staff pleasant. Dispite having multiple problems the concierge was having to resolve, he was polite, apologetic and kept us up dated. we booked at the last minuit and were acomodated.

Cons:

Apearance of property, broken front windows, reception lighting hanging from loose wires. Bathroom vanity lighting above mirror melted. Cleanliness of room, window frames mouldy and window cills dusty. Rubbish in bins felt feom previous guests. waiting time for room to be ready was 3 hrs and Fire alarms going of frequently through out the night up until 12:30am. Safety concerns due to on site visit from fire marshalls highlighting the lack of adequate working facilities, proceedures and documentation.

I liked the fact that we didn't actually stay here after all!!

Cons:

The fact we were never told our stay was cancelled due to the hotel closing for maintenance. So had travelled 2011 miles to get there & had no accommodation!!

I book one room for 1 week for 2 person. But me boyfriend is coming last night... The staff is not let him in the hotel. Is tell me i need to tell them from the first day is coming someone more..... Is obviously.... For THIS I PAY FOR 2 PERSON AND NOT 1....
