Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival, we found the room in an unacceptable condition. The bedsheets appeared dirty, the toilet was dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking.

What concerned us most was finding a T-shirt left inside the cupboard, which strongly suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned or checked after the previous guest. This raised serious concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards.

We immediately reported these issues to the staff, but they were dismissive and stated that the problems were “not under their control.” We also requested to speak with the manager and were told we would receive a callback within 10 minutes, but no one ever contacted us.

As the room was not fit for us to stay in and it was already late at night, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. Their lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and failure to address our concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Was do able to sleep in but that’s about it
Pros:

Location was beautiful right on the beach

Cons:

I was in the shower, shampoo on my head and the water stopped, no one gave us toilet paper or towels in the 4 days we were there, bed linens just dumped on the floor on every floor, hoover just casually outside our room for 2 days, people knocking on our door at 6:30am for check out when we didn’t ask to be woken up, telling us that check out the day before we were supposed to, and someone even tried to come into our room at 10pm at night!

Good if you’re on a tight budget, otherwise avoid at all cost.
Pros:

Good location, easy to check in.

Cons:

The most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Not sure the bathroom had ever been cleaned. We had to clean the shower before we used it. Could have written your name in the dirt. One towel between 4 of us.

Would not ever go back. Avoid.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, there’s no denying it, but that’s really the only good point about this hotel.

Cons:

Most things. The room was dirty, the hot water ran yellow, the entire hotel is dilapidated. Quite honestly the worst £140 I’ve spent in a long, long time.

Don’t stay at this hotel. It is not a bargain.
Pros:

The only thing I like about the property was its location. That is it.

Cons:

Front start to finish this ‘hotel’ had me in stitches because of how fundamentally awful it actually was. I honestly thought it was a joke and tv cameras were going to pop up at some point. The floors were not hoovered on arrival and had major build up of dust and debris. Although, credit where credit is due, they did hoover while we were there…….at 21.35 in the evening. The smell that greeted us on entry was stale and reminder me strongly of entering an old style pub back in the day when smoking inside was still legal. We climbed the grotty stairs (we didn’t dare risk the lift) up to level 3, on our climb we saw a random man doing all sorts of bodged fixes to god knows what with all drill and materials scattered about and no sign etc shutting the zone off to customers. We got to the first room to find a lonely cigarette butt on the floor still, a neatly folded but stained white towel on the bed and water still in the kettle. Not to mention the window that didn’t close but also the safety catch on it had broken. We then went to the second room we had booked and found the curtains hanging off the rails, the smoke alarm covered with a plastic bag, a bathroom door with no lock and paint flaking off the door. I used my bottled water to brush my teeth and wrapped the wafer thin pillow with my fluffy coat as I was worried about catching something while not sleeping the night there. We met another couple briefly who wished us luck with our stay as they had found it filthy and reported the fire alarm went off multiple times in the night. I would not recommend staying here. It was the worst experience and after delving further into past reviews I can not believe it is still trading. Most of the sea view lower windows are cracked badly or smashed just adding to the experience. The upper windows have barely any view as they are so dirty you can’t see through them clearly. Save yourself a possible infection and sleep rough for the night.
