Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit grossem
Balkon, viel Platz und einer tollen Aussicht. Sehr sauber, bequemes Bett und sogar ein kleines Sofa.
Das Restaurant war am Abend und beim Frühstück hervorragend.

Cons:

die Badezimmertür ist eine Schiebetür, die sich nicht abschliessen lässt und sie rollt immer wieder auf.
Beim Ausschalten des beweglichen Duschkopfs kam immer ein Schwall kaltes Wasser aus der Regendusche direkt darüber.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr belehrend und herablassend empfangen. Ich war schon sehr oft bei ihnen und habe immer über Booking gebucht. Ich hatte den Eindruck, das hat dieser Dame gar nicht gepasst. Schade…

Belle chambre et personnel sympathique et souriant
Pros:

La chambre était vraiment très belle et spacieuse. Le lit confortable et on avait une jolie vue depuis le balcon ensoleillé

Good location - central in Ilanz, for our cycling holiday down the Rhine.
Good bicycle room (ski room in winter) - access through underground car park.
Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff.

Die ganze Nacht Baulärm vom Bahnhof. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Ich hätte aber erwartet, dass man die Gäste darauf aufmerksam macht.

Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Restaurant war sehr schön und ideal zum Frühstücken. Insgesamt herrschte eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Dusche und am Waschbecken schwankte ständig zwischen sehr heiß und kalt, sodass sich die Temperatur nur schwer einstellen ließ. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken sehr gering.
