Perfect Location. Clean. Staff v helpful. Great food
Rooms were cozy and well-appointed, and the dockside location can’t be beat. Best of all, though, is the wonderful Italian restaurant downstairs.

Clean and tidy. Good large room and great location.
No lifts to upper floor. Had to carry my heavy case up narrow stairs. My room had a boiler behind a locked door that supplied the hotel that made a noise most of the night.

Location for cruise poor with bookable parking was excellent. Quality of and cleanliness of rooms. Restaurant on site was good quality.
Price of restaurant was a little on the high side.
Spacious and comfortable room. Bed was comfy and room was quiet, so had a great night's sleep. Good tea and coffee making facilities, appreciated the decaf tea and coffee options. Breakfast was delicious and good range of options to suit all tastes.
Couldn't find a way to turn off the heated towel rail in the bathroom, which in a heatwave made the bathroom a bit uncomfortable. Not a big issue though, as otherwise a really great stay.

The room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We arrived in a heat wave ( 38°C in Southampton )and our room was fully air-conditioned, which was a huge bonus.
The mini bar was very expensive. Had the drinks been a little cheaper we would have used the mini bar. The restaurant looked very inviting but again was a little expensive for an overnight stay and light meal.
