Breakfast could be improved. It was quite basic. We didn’t try the long life pastries so just had cereal with fruit and plain wholemeal toast. Our 4 eggs came out over boiled and rubbery so we had to ask for more. We got 2 back which were nice.
Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first morning, we didn't realise you had to ask for it to be cleaned.
The second morning we had breakfast and were told they had run out of eggs because the manager had forgotten to order them. The tea wasn’t hot enough.
Overall we had a nice stay but feel it was very overpriced for £186 per night for what we got.

La douche mériterait vraiment d'être rénovée. Cela va pour une nuit mais guère plus. J'ai aussi été déçue du petit déjeuner, que j'ai intégralement payé, mais comme j'étais la seule je n'ai eu droit qu'à des viennoiseries sous plastiques et des fruits.

The breakfast was very poor for the money!

Rubbish left in the room at the head of the bed, loose power socket by the bedroom door, huge crack in the room / bathroom wall windowside this crack leads through the bathroom side too. The bath has a white filling in it, and limescale drip build up.
I said earlier that the staff are extremely helpful and friendly however i need to raise a serious question about the late night return to hotel regarding a issue regarding security we returned and spoke with the night staff, and was told this key must be yours as its the only one left, i do however appreciate the trust but identity should have reconfirmed before handing the key over as when ilee checked in hours earlier this staff member we had not seen and we could have been anyone walking into the hotel. The continental breakfast was questionable and raises the concern of the products not being sufficiently covered due to the flies that were noted jumping on and off the muffins, and the other foods where under kitchen towel which put all three of us off eating it, we kindly said to the young lady that we have changed our minds and we where going to fill somewhere that has a full english breakfast. The sign outside the elevator on lvl 2 is hanging off the wall as seen in the photos and the double plugs by the door are a concern due to the fact its loose and this is a family room if children are present it might just be a risk.

Das Bad war leider sehr klein und eng. Wir konnten das Fenster nicht offen halten, durch die Hitze hat sich der dritte Stock sehr aufgeheizt. Das eine Bett war sehr durchgelegen

Room was incredibly dated, looks like they spent all the money renovating the reception and had nothing left for the rooms. It wasnt unclean but because of the age the bathroom didnt feel clean.
