La ubicación es excelente, justo en primera línea de playa. También destacaría la atención del personal; todos fueron muy amables y atentos durante nuestra estadía.
La habitación se veía bastante antigua y creo que podría beneficiarse de una renovación. Por el precio pagado, esperaba instalaciones un poco más modernas y una mejor relación calidad-precio.
I think they could do with upgrading the furniture around the pool area and also the breakfast area/conference room was not very comfortable to sit in in the mornings
I like the open air design of the lobby the friendliness of the staff, and overall the place was quite clean

Las piscinas y él hidromasajes muy sucio en la habitación no había jabón creo que por el precio debería haber lo básico
La ubicación muy buena, es lo mejor
Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes que la administración trató de solucionar pero muchas de ellas no se pudieron. EL Wifi falló por más de 12 horas con intermitencias que no permitian una conexión estable. No había electricidad en muchos de los puntos de conexión, el teléfono fijo no servía, y se trataba de una de las mejores habitaciones.
Finalmente, en la noche en la habitación aparecieron algunas salamanquesas (una especie de lagartija) que nos ocasionaron molestias.
Además, para los precios que cobran el hotel requiere una remodelación urgente. Los baños son muy viejos y antiguos.

Absurdamente intenté reservar el alojamiento para mi hermano y no me permitieron hacer la reserva a nombre de él. Es el primer alojamiento en booking ayer me pasa eso.

Experiencia bastante decepcionante. La recepción fue mediocre y poco profesional. Además, realizaron un cobro antes de nuestra llegada al hotel, sin posibilidad de reembolso, lo cual me pareció muy poco flexible y nada transparente.
El departamento es muy bonito y tiene potencial, pero lamentablemente la cocina estaba inutilizable y el refrigerador fuera de servicio, algo bastante importante cuando uno reserva un alojamiento con estas comodidades. Además, las sábanas estaban sucias y las instalaciones de las lámparas del dormitorio no funcionaban, lo que hizo la estancia aún más incómoda.
En general, el lugar podría ser mucho mejor si mejoraran el servicio, la limpieza y se aseguraran de que todos los equipos e instalaciones funcionen correctamente antes de recibir a los huéspedes.

El parqueo no me gustó xq cuando fui a ver algo tenía que decirle q me habrán y la que estaba de turno me abrió con una cara de culo como que me estaba haciendo un favor y yo dije nunca más volveré xq es el trato que se merece
