And in terms of amenities: no complimentary water, no coffee or tea offered… really?
Pros:

The location is good , is the last point positive i found for this hotel .

Cons:

It’s such a shame, because the location is actually great. But a little renovation in the rooms wouldn’t hurt at all.

The aircon is broken and makes a horrible noise at night.

In the bathroom: the faucet is broken, and the toilet… oh my god — does your housekeeping even check the condition of the rooms?

The showerhead is broken, water sprays everywhere.

The windows are rotten, the wood is moldy, and you can’t even close them properly.

And in terms of amenities: no complimentary water, no coffee or tea offered… really? These rooms are supposed to be “Deluxe.” What exactly makes them deluxe?
