Sehr schön mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Sehr sauber, der Bungalow war sehr ruhig gelegen, nahe anveinem kleinen Pool für 10 Bungalows. Personal super freundlich, Speisenauswahl sehr gross. Ab 22:00 Ruhe, keine Animation. Top AirCon!

Cons:

Liegen an den grossen Pools waren morgens schon reserviert-Personal hat nichts gemacht. Getränkequalität eher niedrig, Strand mit Kiesel und steilem Einstieg, Fitness Center Spinning Rad uralt.

Kiva perhehotelli ja helppoa lomailua. Hotellin taso vastaa mielestäni neljän tähden hotellia.
Pros:

Hyvä ruoka ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut sijaitsivat resortin alueella. Lastenallas oli katettu ja kuntosali oli erinomainen! Siivoojat (huoneet/allasalue/ruokailut) olivat erittäin ahkeria ja pitivät hyvää huolta siisteydestä.

Cons:

Pääosin kaikki meni hyvin, mutta joissain tilanteissa asiakaspalvelussa olisi ollut parantamisen varaa, jotta asiakaskokemus olisi ollut täydellinen. Huonekuvaus ei kaikilta osin vastannut huoneen varustelua (keittiövälineet puuttuivat).

Underbart, rent och fräscht. Vi kommer tillbaka!
Pros:

Rent och fräscht! Så stor skillnad gentemot lös andra hotell vi varit på i Turkiet. Älskade detta och kommer att komma tillbaka.

Cons:

Vi fick ingen handtvål när det tog slutmål rummet, men dom visste nog inte att det var slut, vi sa inte till. Använde schampoo från duschen sista två dagarna.

Men annars, wow! Så rent, så fräscht! Inte alls som resten av Turkiet, perfekt!

It would have been a wonderful holiday if it hadn’t been for the night manager.
Pros:

We have been coming to this hotel with our family for the past five years, and every visit has made us very happy. Over the years, we have become like family with the staff and the animation team. That is why our child always enjoys staying at this hotel and returns home happy every single time.

We would like to thank all the staff and everyone who works hard to maintain the high quality of this hotel. We truly appreciate everything you do.

The only thing that ruined this holiday happened on the very first morning.

I always wake up early and go for a walk. I have done this every year for the past five years while staying at this hotel. At around 6:00 a.m., when there was absolutely no one around, I was quietly lying on a sunbed by the pool, listening to the sound of the water and checking my emails.

Then an employee, who introduced himself as the night manager, came over and told me that entering the pool area before 7:00 a.m. was forbidden. He then said that he would “allow” me to stay there this time, as if he were doing me a personal favor.

I find this attitude completely unacceptable. I was simply sitting quietly at a hotel where I have been spending my holidays for five years. I should not have to feel as though I am receiving a favor just to sit peacefully in a place where I have always been welcomed.

A hotel of this quality should never employ staff who treat loyal guests in this manner. Because of this single employee, our family has completely lost the warm feelings we had for this hotel. We have recommended this hotel to many friends over the years, but after this experience, I don’t think we will recommend it to anyone again.

Perhaps this review will be read, perhaps it won’t. But management should understand one thing: a single employee with the wrong attitude can seriously damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel.

Pros:

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The accommodation, food, location, and staff were all excellent. It was our first time here, and we can confidently say it won’t be the last. The room was very clean, and the mini fridge was replenished daily, which we really appreciated.

The food selection was outstanding. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide variety every day with different menus. Having the option to reserve Italian or BBQ dinners added a nice touch and made the dining experience even more versatile.

The location is great as well. The beach is very close, and the market is within walking distance. The free daily shuttle to Alanya city at 20:00, with pickup at 23:00, was a fantastic bonus.

We stayed for 9 nights, and honestly, everything was just wonderful. This resort is especially good for families, with plenty of activities for children throughout the premises.

We will definitely be coming back next year.

Var det noe klage så var det solsengene ,det var altfor trangt og att dei vart opptatt fø klokka vart 8,30 da springer man huse av seg for å legge handuker på og så forsvinne ,det var gjevla irriterandes ,var mykje klage på dette

Very good value for money paid
Pros:

Great value for money paid. Good service, various of food, mojito was also good :) The beach is a bit stony, but go a bit to the right side, then you get more "sandy" experience. Block 1 and 2 are a bit older room standard, we paid a bit extra to move to block 3. Blocks 3, 4 and 5 are newer and more modern. I didn't like going all around freely, but it is my problem :) they love cats and some of the tourists does too.

Cons:

Cats and sometimes smell of cat urine on a straight sun at +30 degrees
