According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
Please note that only 1 dog or cat weighing less than 8 kg is accepted per room for an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding a ticket for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

L’hôtel était vraiment merveilleux. Nous avions choisi une chambre de luxe face à la mer, offrant une vue imprenable grâce à une immense baie vitrée occupant pratiquement toute la paroi. Un vrai bonheur, avec la possibilité d’admirer aussi bien le lever que le coucher du soleil.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et de qualité, et l’accueil à la réception excellent. Une mention toute particulière pour la propreté irréprochable de la chambre, nettoyée chaque jour avec un soin remarquable.
Les chambres sont très agréables et parfaitement entretenues. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et, sincèrement, il n’y a rien à redire. Une très belle expérience !

Camere pulitissime, molto spaziose e confortevoli con letto king size. Bagno molto bello con doccia molto spaziosa.
Colazione brasiliana e internazionale molto fornita con prodotti di qualità.
Staff molto gentile.
La struttura ci ha offerto un drink sul rooftop, che però non ha il bar, quindi bisogna prendere il drink al piano terra e portarlo sul rooftop da soli in ascensore. Allestire un piccolo bancone da bar direttamente sul rooftop sarebbe stato meglio.
Oltre a questo, nessun ulteriore “contro”.

A localização era excelente, café da manha razoável, esperava um pouco mais.
A piscina e o roof top estavam em reforma, não tendo sido informado na hora da reserva. esse foi o principal ponto negativo da estadia. reservamos o hotel nesta localidade e pelo preço que foi cobrado com a expectativa de ficar na praia e posteriormente na piscina, o que não foi possivel, tornando a estadia bem pior do que imaginávamos.

El horario del desayuno termina a las 10 am, a mi parecer muy temprano considerando que las personas van a descansar, y escapar de la rutina laboral, ademas poco variado el desayuno la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento.
Localização, segurança, bom café da manhã e proximidade da praia.
Quarto teve problemas com vazamento no box do banheiro e resolvido pela equipe do hotel. Sentimos mal cheiro do ar condicionado e barulho da maquina de ar condicionado (intermitente).
Sou cliente frequente e gosto em geral do hotel, mas algumas coisas não são boas. A localização é a melhor no Rio de Janeiro, na minha opinião. O atendimento dos funcionários também é muito bom.
Colchão excessivamente macio. O café da manhã é bom, mas não tem omelete e tapioca. Por fim, se você viajar a trabalho, é muito difícil falar com a recepção para conseguir uma nota fiscal. Ela não chega por e-mail, e te direcionam para WhatsApp, email... você simplesmente não consegue falar com quem resolve. Muito ruim.

Alguns itens que exigem manutenção como uma das lâmpadas da cama de casal com defeito e vazamento do box do chuveiro. Também precisa de atenção os pães do cafe da manhã sempre borrachudos e ressecados.
Die Lage war super. Frühstück: Auswahl sehr gut. Jeden Tag etwas Neues. Grosses Zimmer und immer sehr sauber!
