According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.
Please note that only 1 dog or cat weighing less than 8 kg is accepted per room for an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31:
The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding a ticket for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Las cañerías despedían olor a podrido. Se evidencia unnhotel sin mantenimiento. Habitación chica a la calle super ruidosa.

The location (situated on the quieter edge of Copacabana, which avoids much of the usual street traffic and creates a more peaceful atmosphere), the excellent breakfast selection, the 6th floor sea view room was quiet. Couple of good restaurants and cafes around (we loved Yaya and Brisa). If you plan to be using metro, it is about a 15-minute walk, but the neighborhood feels very safe to walk, even in late evening.
