Pros:

Good, safe, comfortable room. Centrally located. My teenaged son loved the gym...best one he's seen in a hotel. A/C worked well. Staff we encountered were friendly. Cheaper than the Hyatt for similar rooms and amenities.

Cons:

The grout in the shower was discolored and peeling, and the shower leaked out under the toilet. Didn't have a mini-fridge in the room, even though there was a space for one. Service in the restaurant was so slow that we started ordering room service for dinner so at least we'd be comfortable while we waited.

A wonderful, welcoming stay with amazing staff, a great location and a true home-away-from-home feel
Pros:

The Staff was professional, especially Lydia, one of the managers; she made our family's stay memorable. The location was also quite great, not too far from the major shopping and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed the food. Would definitely be going back there when we visit Nairobi.

Cons:

The breakfast experience, because the egg station is located differently than in most hotels, which causes delays in receiving the eggs. Often, they arrive after you've finished your meal.
