The hotel experience was amazing! Upon arrival, Kate made sure we were immediately connected to hotel internet and our rooms are ready despite the fact that we checked in 4 hrs before checking in time.

I've stayed at Golden Tulip Westlands quite a few times now, and it's always one of my favourite places to stay in Nairobi. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and they always make you feel at home.
The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and have everything I need for a good stay. I also really enjoy the breakfast - there's a good choice, and it's always fresh especially the egg station. The rooftop area is a nice spot to relax in the evening after a busy day.
The location is great too, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. What I like most is how consistent the hotel is. Every time I visit, I know I'll have a comfortable stay and great service. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
