The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re staying regularly. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, and I really like the familiar feel of coming back to somewhere I know. It’s a reliable and comfortable base when I’m in Nairobi, and I always feel well looked after.
Nothing major to dislike, I’ve always had a comfortable stay. If anything, the hotel can get a little busy at peak times, but this hasn’t ever affected my overall experience.
I visit the Golden Tulip Westlands regularly, and it always feels like a familiar and comfortable place to stay. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful, which really makes a difference when you’re travelling frequently. The rooms are comfortable, the overall atmosphere is relaxed, and the people are a big part of what keeps me coming back. It’s nice to arrive somewhere where you’re recognised and made to feel at home. A great hotel with lovely staff, and somewhere I’m always happy to return to.
There is nothing I didn't like
Spacious and clean room. Great service from the staff at the restaurant and reception. Special thanks to the assistance from the travel lady (Lindah) who was super helpful with last minute bookings.

Pool is virtually unusable due to conferences and how close to the bar. So not really conducive to swimming.
