Pros:

Lovely staff. While the restaurant lacked ambience the food was very good

Cons:

Pool is virtually unusable due to conferences and how close to the bar. So not really conducive to swimming.

Great location and rooms
Pros:

Spacious and clean room. Great service from the staff at the restaurant and reception. Special thanks to the assistance from the travel lady (Lindah) who was super helpful with last minute bookings.

Pros:

L'hôtel est propre, grand, sécurisé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre qui était hyper grande, ainsi que le restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé. Le personnel s'est également montré très poli et serviable. Concernant la vue depuis la chambre, elle n'était pas extraordinaire, mais c'est davantage lié à l'emplacement et au quartier qu'à l'hôtel lui-même.

Cons:

Le vrai point négatif est venu des interruptions à répétition : bien que nous ayons demandé un late check-out à 14h dès notre arrivée, le message n'est visiblement pas passé. Entre les appels téléphoniques incessants de l'accueil et les passages répétés des femmes de ménage à la porte, nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer tranquillement. C'est dommage, car ces relances permanentes gâchent un peu la fin du séjour.
