Pros:

The clean room, I upgraded for the kitchenette and it was certainly worth while. The room was very clean, spacious and comfy. The pool facility was very clean and the breakfast was amazing, tons of options and changed up on different days.

The hotel is located in a quiet setting.
The staff is knowledgeable.
The room is large, comfortable and clean, and the mattress and pillow are very comfortable.
Heating/air conditioning work well . I can open a small window for fresh air.
Good lighting and a comfortable reading chair.
Large mini-fridge with freezer space.
Good hot and cold breakfast , nice breakfast room.

Cons:

First ; Booking.com write a wrong address ; southwest .
The good address is northwest NOT southwest

Bathroom fan is noisy and is on all the time

Bed was just a bit too hard for me but not bad. I found the bedding noisy when someone rolled over in it, had a rubbing noise.
