Awesome wooden cabins close to Mount Rushmore
Pros:

I stayed here for one day and night and we were pleasantly surprised! The room itself is is small , but the wooden interior and the cabin vibe is incredible.
The water pressure in the shower was high which meant a thoroughly refreshing shower! Also, the parking is right in front of our room, which was very convenient.
Beside the room itself, the property boasts a heated pool in the middle of trees and mountains....a kind of view hard to find in chain hotels!
There is a proper restaurant on the property. The seating and interior follows the same wooden theme, which continues to give you adventurous vibes.
The food is incredible... we had the trout ... fresh and tasty and properly cooked as a trout should be cooked!
Super close to Mount Rushmore, the best location ever!

Pros:

I loved our cabin. Secluded but easily accessible. Everything we needed was provided. Fantastic little deck to sip coffee and enjoy peace in the mornings. Comfortable beds and great water pressure. Lovely decor and fireplace. Was happy with Direct TV since we were familiar with their format and didn’t have to search for our favorite channels.

Cons:

Laundry facilities were cramped. Needed a little table to fold laundry on. My personal opinion only was that the restaurant didn’t live up to the hype. Could have been our choices,my husband had the wild game plate and I had a steak. Okay but not great

Excellent play to stay, cabins were clean and separated from other cabins. The food at the restaurant was awesome. The staff was awesome to deal with, will always stay when in Keystone SD.

I wish we could have stayed longer!!
Pros:

We stayed in cabin 71. It was a full house and wonderful for a group. Beautiful setting.

Cute looking cabin hotel, close to Mount Rushmore and many sights in the area.
Pros:

Location to Mount Rushmore. Clean room. Had a pool and activities, but didn't stay long enough nor have the time to use any of them. Beautiful area. Room has everything for a good nights stay.

Cons:

Had to walk up uneven, steep stairs to get to room and carry suitcase up and down the stairs. Our room was just off a busy road and was dangerous to go from the road to hotel. We also had to go down a little one lane road that went to our room and it was difficult to go from that location to the main road.

I haven't been this relaxed in ages
Pros:

We loved our stay in a beautiful cabin in the beautiful black hills. We felt like we were in a5 star motel. So cozy and comfortable. Spacious. So clean. This place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation and can bring your pets. Close to the town of Keystone for shopping. There is a beautiful restaurant right on site with a hardworking staff and an awesome menu. A picnic table outside which we enjoyed with our new friends made in another cabin. A cute porch and porch swing..the loft was also great feature with 2 extra beds. If you put trash out it was picked up within minutes. We will definitely return . Also a nice size pool where a kind gentleman attended to it every morning

Cons:

If we had time to stay longer!!
