Great place and we would certainly stay there again.
Pros:

Location, outdoor garden next to the river. Quiet, quaint and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice hot showers. Pizza in the restaurant was really good.

Cons:

Too many tweeting birds in the trees at the crack of dawn (only joking 😜).

Disappointing these days
Pros:

Still conveniently located on Beautiful spot on river.

Cons:

It has becomeore exoensive and facilities have not improved, Dinig room used to be excellent, now ok.

Pros:

The location. The historic nostalgia of the hotel. That the rooms are kept old fashioned - walls, windows, fire place, doors. Bathrooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Only one chair in a double room. Only one powerpoint at one side of the bed head.
