Great option in Melbourne - from a Hotel Manager
Pros:

Great location and super easy to the nearest tram station. We arrived on a very early morning flight and were able to park our rental car and go exploring by tram rather than navigating parking in the central city. Room was clean and had everything and probably more than we needed for a 2 night stay.

Great Location, quiet stay
Pros:

The location was fantastic and really easy to get everywhere by public transport and walking. The apartment was large and comfortable and I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. It was easy to communicate with the team for anything I needed. I did actually extend my stay from 1 week to 3 weeks but booking direct was cheaper

Cons:

I would say there could be more attention to detail with cleanliness, such as dust and mopping the floors. I did feedback and it was remedied but would be nice for it to be the standard.

Pros:

The property is centrally located in Fitzroy with lots of food and cafe options around. It’s only about a 10min tram ride from the city centre. The apartment was clean and any requests were responded to quickly. The apartment was spacious, great value for money

Pros:

Great location near Brunswick Street in Fitzroy! Clean place. Well equipped kitchen. We travel light, therefore the washer and dryer were great! Fresh clothes to wear! In the evening, we enjoy downtime, watching TV, in the lounge room.

Pros:

I loved everything about the apartment except for the key app. It reset on us twice meaning we lost access to entering our apartment and building out of the blue. This was corrected quickly but still a stressful situation. Additionally, having just arrived from America, having to use an app meant my partner had to use his US phone plan to access his key until he organized a local phone service which was expensive and inconvenient. It would be great to have the option of a physical key instead. Otherwise the apartment and staff were fantastic!
