Pros:

Great facilities for families with young kids. The beach area was lovely and quieter than the rest of the resort. Aircon in rooms was good. Mini bar is stocked daily.

Cons:

The bedroom decor is dated, unkept and underwhelming for a 5 star resort (Marks on furniture, ripped sofa bed, shower shelf not secure properly, curtains off rail, smelly balcony). Power cut in room when we arrived which gave a real bad first impression. Not a relaxing resort by any means - very chaotic and busy but I guess it’s catered towards families with young kids and has so many guests. The adult pool sun loungers were in poor condition (stained and dirty). Limitation on the alcohol options (wines specifically) which was a shame.

Pros:

The entertainment and animation programmes for both children and adults were very good. The kids’ facilities were a big reason we chose this hotel, including the kids’ pools, funfair, car rides and kids’ club. These are especially great for families and make the long journey from Antalya Airport worthwhile. The staff were amazing throughout our stay – very hardworking, helpful, attentive and quick to assist. The food was generally tasty and we had an enjoyable family holiday overall.

Cons:

For a hotel advertised as 5-star, several areas really need upgrading. On our second day there were constant power cuts and guests were getting stuck in the lifts, which was concerning. There are also only six lifts for such a large and busy hotel, so waiting for them was often frustrating.

The rooms and interiors could do with refurbishment, particularly the carpets and general décor. We stayed in a family suite for six people, but having only one shower and toilet was not practical, and the balcony was quite small. I had requested an upgrade, but unfortunately this was not acknowledged.

Although the food was tasty, there could be more variety and better options. Some of the children’s play equipment and slides also need urgent maintenance. We noticed damaged poles and areas where paint/material was coming away, which could hurt children. The beach area could also be much cleaner and more modern.

The small on-site market was extremely overpriced. Overall, the staff deserve praise because they work incredibly hard, but I feel the management and owners need to invest more into maintaining and modernising the hotel. So many families choose this hotel specifically for its facilities, but in its current condition I personally would rate the overall standard closer to 3-star than 5-star

PARFAIT !
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé, mon séjour a été exceptionnelle avec mes parents, tout était parfait. En terme de nourriture c’était excellent nous étions carrément choqué de tout ce qu’il y avait, même au niveau des dessert et également du jus d’orange frais tout les matins ! Je recommande à 100%.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haydarpasha Palace und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Mehmet Alp Chef und sein Team im Restaurant. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Man hat sich vom ersten Tag an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein so herzlicher Service macht den Urlaub noch schöner.

Auch das gesamte Hotelpersonal war immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Poolbereich, der Strand und das Unterhaltungsprogramm waren ebenfalls hervorragend.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Haydarpasha Palace für den unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

فندق جميل من الخارج، لكن مستوى الخدمة والنظافة والصيانة لا يبرر سعر الإقامة، ولن أكرر الحجز فيه

أود مشاركة تجربتي بكل شفافية، وأتمنى أن تؤخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين مستوى الخدمة.

للأسف، كانت إقامتي دون التوقعات للأسباب التالية:

* كانت رائحة الطعام في الطابق الخامس قوية ومزعجة بشكل مستمر.
* لا تتوفر خدمة الغرف؛ فعند طلب مشروبات تم إبلاغي بأنه يجب النزول إلى الأسفل للحصول عليها بنفسي.
* في يوم المغادرة، اتصلت بمكتب الاستقبال مرتين لطلب المساعدة في نقل الحقائب، ولم يجب أحد على الاتصال، مما اضطرني إلى حمل الحقائب وإنزالها بنفسي.
* طلبت سريراً للأطفال، لكن الذي تم إحضاره كان قديماً وغير نظيف، ولا يليق بمستوى أي فندق.
* طلبنا مياه للشرب وأكياس قهوة في الساعة 11:00 صباحاً، ولم يتم إحضارها إلا حوالي الساعة 5:00 مساءً بعد عدة اتصالات ومتابعات.
* الغرفة قديمة وتحتاج إلى صيانة شاملة. والأخطر من ذلك أنه أثناء نومنا سقط جزء من ديكور ظهر السرير على رؤوسنا، وهو أمر كان من الممكن أن يتسبب بإصابة خطيرة.
* نظافة المصاعد كانت غير مرضية.
* تقييمي لنظافة الغرفة هو 4/10.
* الوسائد غير مريحة ولا تساعد على الحصول على نوم جيد.
* طلبت غطاء لحاف، وكان الرد بأنه لا تتوفر لحافات أو بطانيات بسبب فصل الصيف، رغم أن احتياجات النزلاء تختلف من شخص لآخر.
* العزل الصوتي بين الغرف والممرات ضعيف جداً، حيث يمكن سماع جميع الأصوات داخل الغرفة، مما أثر على الراحة والخصوصية.
* لا تتوفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل الشامبو، وفرش الأسنان، ومعجون الأسنان.
* السعر مبالغ فيه مقارنة بمستوى الخدمات والتجهيزات المقدمة.

بناءً على هذه التجربة، لن أكرر الحجز في هذا الفندق مستقبلاً، ولا يمكنني التوصية به ما لم يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة، والاهتمام بالنظافة، ورفع معايير السلامة وجودة الصيانة.
