I booked, what was described as" A De LUXE ROOM WITH KING SIZE BED". What we got was a small corner room with a mattress on the floor, not a chair in the room and a toilet so small that when sitting I could not close the door. "DELUXE?" The price was more than other double rooms. Blatant deception. Had this been my first time booking with Booking. Com I would never use them again. However, I have been a longtime customer and this is the first time this has happened so I know that it is the Hotel group that is to blame.

Duş ve tuvaletin ayrı olması. Banyoda hem duş telefonu hem de üstten akan duş başlığı olması.

Cons:

Resepsiyon hem kabul salonu hem de yemek salonu olamayacak kadar kötü ve küçük. Kahvaltı yemeği düşünüyordum. Sabah gittiğimde o küçücük alanda yapılan sunumu ve kötü atmosferi görünce de iştahım kaçtı. Yememeyi tercih ettim. Hem de sunulan kahvaltı çeşitleri çok azdı ve 350 THB çok yüksek bir ücret geldi. Bu fiyatın yarısına, yakındaki Samyan Mitrtown alışveriş merkezindeki, Akdeniz kahvaltısı veren bir restaurant' ta yemek mümkün.
Oda çok küçük ve rahatsız edici. Booking' ten yer alanlara, sanırım ana cadde tarafındaki odaları veriyorlar. Ve sabaha kadar motor eksoz seslerinden uyuyamadık. Yalıtım neredeyse yok gibiydi. Açılır pencere yok. Odayı havalandıramıyorsunuz. Klimadan ne hava gelirse artık. Neyse ki 2 gece kaldık. Daha fazla tahammül edilmezdi. Oda da ikram diye bir şey yok. İlk girdiğimizde mikro minik iki adet granül yeşil çay paketi vardı. Onları kullandık. Ertesi gün yenilenmemişlerdi. Suyu koridordaki sebilden alıyorsunuz, odadaki boş şişeleri kullanarak.

Удобное расположение, дружелюбный персонал, хороший завтрак, чисто, милые штанишки в аренду.

Cons:

Крохотные номера, точно не 18 метров, как заявлено. Нам с мужем было тесно, приходилось буквально боком пробираться, при этом мы стройные. Крупным гостям будет супер некомфортно.

Ванная и туалет не в отдельном помещении, а просто с перегородками душевыми, которые не доходят до потолка - нет изоляции.

Плохое освещение в номере: его просто мало и свет жестоко покажет все недостатки вашей кожи и накинет пару лет сверху.

Одно большое полотенце на двоих и всё. Остальное надо запрашивать по звонку, даже полотенце для лица.

Система кондиционирования плохо работала: на самой низкой температуре и самом мощной режиме в комнате становилось комфортно часов через 8-12.
