Ein schöner Aufenthalt, sehr ruhig!
Pros:

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht, wurden aber überraschend in ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad untergebracht, in einem kleinen Gebäude mit zwei Zimmern, das Nebenzimmer war nicht belegt, so dass wir eine traumhaft ruhige Nacht genießen durften.
Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr bequeme Betten. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kaffee, Tee, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, den wir für ein einfaches Abendessen gut nutzen konnten.
Die Hot Tubs haben wir nicht genutzt, sie sahen aber ansprechend aus. Das ganze Ensemble verschiedener Häuser auf dem Hof machte einen tollen Eindruck. Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption.

Parfait pour une première nuit en Islande pour démarrer la côte sud.
Pros:

Chambre très propre, parfaite pour une nuit, peut être un peu petite pour plus si deux personnes.
Bonne literie.
Petite salle de bain/wc mais qui fait l'affaire.
Environnement agréable.
Facilité de parking.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Je le reprendrai si je retourne un jour en Islande.

Cons:

L'isolement sonore des chambres.
Et peut être thermique mais c'est une impression car j'y étais en été et je n'ai pas vraiment eu froid.

More like a guesthouse than a hotel
Pros:

When I booked this place, it was listed as a hotel, but to me, it felt more like a guesthouse -style accommodation. Our room was a bit cramped, especially with our larger luggage, so space was definitely limited.

There’s no microwave for reheating food, although they do provide an air fryer, kettle, and toaster. There is also a dining area where guests can eat, although it’s located in a separate building outside.

The property is about a 5-minute drive from Selfoss proper. Check-in was easy, but the internet was super slow.

On the positive side, the place was very quiet and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills place that worked well for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for something quiet and clean rather than a traditional hotel experience.

Buona sistemazione per una notte
Pros:

Struttura con tante piccole casette con più camere piccole ma pulite. Buona anche la pulizia dei bagni comuni, e la presenza della cucina, senza tuttavia dei tavoli o sedie.
