Very memorable, the best view in Portree!
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming on arrival. It was so nice to have a room with a cake of soap, tissues and a shower cap and a bath! And a beautiful view.
The location was amazing.
The restaurant provided great
evening meals and breakfast.

Cons:

Parking can be a bit tricky !

Terrible, horrible in all sorts, never visit again
Cons:

Horribly overpriced, rooms were extremely small, no air conditioning whatsoever, the shower had ice cold water, there is no lift and nobody to help with the luggage, you couldn’t even open a window for some ventilation. There wasn’t even an intercom in the room to contact the reception. 2 of the staff were good, but rest were rude and unwelcoming. Never go to this hotel, terrible in all sorts.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes , großes Zimmer , dessen Renovierung noch nicht lange her sein kann

Cons:

Es war ein leicht müffeliger Geruch im Zimmer , vielleicht noch von der Renovierung ? ...nach reichlich Lüften , war es aber kaum mehr zu riechen

Pros:

Kamer met mooi uitzicht over de bergen en de haven

Cons:

Op onze kamer was het erg warm, verwarming kon niet lager gezet worden. We hadden een nacht bijgeboekt en een switch gemaakt van kamer, daar was de kamer temperatuur wel goed te regelen.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff, assisted with luggage up and down stairs. Free car park close by. Room was a good size, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a good selection.

Good breakfast. Poor internet connection in the room. Amazing location. Poor parking availability, but we got lucky and parked on the street in front of the hotel. They only have 8 spots or so allocated around the corner and it has signage but I don't think anyone looks to see who is parked there and they don't give you a placard or take you license plate number. Glad we got lucky! Location is phenomenal.

Our reception on arrival soured our stay.

Definitely not value for money. Low end everything. Top end price.
One staff member at reception was very rude when we arrived. Hot helpful. Disinterested. Did not walk out from behind his computer. Other staff members were good.
