Centrally located for touring area. Staff was nice.
Paid extra for "Sea view", which was a disappointment as it was literally a porthole view. Was expecting something more. Hotel definitely needs updating, i.e., specifically interior, carpeting, wall color, etc. Breakfast offerings were okay but not very tasty, especially compared to other hotel breakfasts.
Breakfast was nice nothing special i asked for bacon and eggs it came 20mins later 1egg and 2bits of transparent bacon staff not good inthe morning. Room was nice and clean 👌
Better service food very poor 😢 had dinner in the hotel on Tuesday was not impressed once again staff didn't have a clue .
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean for an older landmark hotel. The restaurant on site was convenient and a great place to catch one of the world cup games. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were in Portree.
Parking was tight and dropping off luggage was hectic as the street in front of the hotel is busy with no real designated drop off area. We ended up parking across the street, and everything worked out so it was all good.
Great location.
Hotel very dated. Definitely not value for money.
Colazione e posizione
A hotel proudly carrying on the tradition of Fawlty Towers. The charm of a 1970s boarding school lingers throughout its corridors.
The breakfast is an outrage at this price – uninspired, meagre, and clearly lacking any care. The shower didn't work properly, the window was broken, and the beds are well past the end of their useful life. Overall, the value for money is simply disastrous.
Location and view from top level
Decor a bit tired

Good breakfast, had oat and almond milk too, although we daily went to Mackenzie’s Bakery for really good coffee and the doughnuts.
