- Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Pros:

It has been a great experience, so beautiful hotel. The nature around the rooms, the friendly staff and very helpful at any time, the breakfast was amazing, the beds very comfortable, the sport room is very clean, always ready to do your yoga or stretching. We had some time free after the excursions and we had a great time extending it in the hotel it self as there are many areas with sofas and chairs for relaxing. As well all time available warm water and local tee herbs.

Cons:

We had a problem only in the shower, the water was not draining properly. We asked them to take a look and it was better that night, it might need some extra attention and pour some product more often.

A relaxing and well equipped family getaway.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, great food, excellent location. They accommodated generously for our 9mo baby.

Cons:

The food was a bit pricey, although very good quality. Breakfast buffet could be improved a bit.

Beautiful retreat. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Lovely peaceful retreat outside Urubamba. A great base for exploring the Sacred Valley. Gardens were pretty, staff very helpful and delicious food at the restaurant.

La comida en general estaba muy bien y el servicio fue muy amable. Tanto el desayuno, que era muy generoso y variado, como el almuerzo, superaron mis expectativas. Volvería a alojarme en el andean wings

Cons:

Solo tuve un problema que fue solucionado rápidamente relacionado con el agua caliente: el primer día no salía agua caliente pero una vez informamos, nos ayudaron a arreglar el problema de forma definitiva.

Uma dica , o banheiro não tem janela , e a ducha maravilhosa, você acaba levando mais tempo , e o vapor se forma no teto e fica pingando até o outro dia
