Pros:

Ubicación con zonas exteriores

Cons:

Desayuno muy escueto en opciones y en cantidad, pan de mala calidad duro.
Retraso del check in, que ya es tardío (3pm) hasta hora y pico después porque no habían hecho la habitación.
Contraté habitación con 3 camas y pusieron dos.
No especifican que la piscina está en obras.

Un fin de semana para descanso
Pros:

Las habitaciones están recién renovadas, limpias, muy bonitas organizadas. Las áreas verdes, jardines muy bellas.

Cons:

Al llegar al área de desayuno tuve que ir a preguntar cuál era el menú, no sólo me pasó a mí sino vi a otros comensales en la misma situación. Recomendación invertir en capacitación orientada al servicio al cliente al personal que tienen allí o colocar una supervisora que esté pendiente del movimiento del lugar y pueda hacer las correcciones. Las porciones de fruta del desayuno son súper medidos pedacitos contaditos, no sé es porque reserve a través de booking y con desayuno incluido.
