Location was solid

Cons:

The wifi kept dropping pretty much every minute or two, making it unusable. Elevators held the doors open for 30 seconds on each floor, so it takes forever to go up or down. Sockets in the room were worn out to the point that a few of them couldn't hold a plug in

Prettig verblijf in het centrum van Surabaya

De locatie is perfect, gelegen in het hart van het centrum van Surabaya, tegenover het grootste winkelcentrum van de stad, Tunjungan Plaza. Gelukkig is er een zwembad, waar je heerlijk kunt afkoelen van de hete zon van Surabaya. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, vooral als je van Indonesisch ontbijt houdt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent.

We did really enjoy staying at Swiss Bellin tunjungan Surabaya! The staffs were very friendly and helpful., especially Ms. Maria Tulong that help to make our holidays in Surabaya very meaningful!
The hotel staffs were very care about the food for our son that allergic to the protein of cow milk and beef.

Overall stay was good as 1 day stay not much I can explain however services is excellent.
Pros:

The ambience and cleanliness. The environment and it is very close to the shopping mall. Easy accessible .

The bathroom water flowing thru the outlet is not that good.

Netjes maar rumoerig
Pros:

Net hotel op loopafstand van Tunjungan plaza waar je alles kunt kopen. Het ontbijt is niet gericht op westerlingen en vrij prijzig. Je kunt elders in de straat of in de mall ontbijten. Prima en snelle laundry service. Check wel bij het accepteren van de kamer of er niet veel lawaai is en of de airco het doet en ook koud wordt. Op mijn verdieping waren veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen en die maken veel lawaai. Het personeel is blij je te helpen en is altijd van dienst

Veel lawaai uit de stad en van de weg. Bovendien een constante bromtoon in de kamer.
