The ambience and cleanliness. The environment and it is very close to the shopping mall. Easy accessible .
The bathroom water flowing thru the outlet is not that good.
Net hotel op loopafstand van Tunjungan plaza waar je alles kunt kopen. Het ontbijt is niet gericht op westerlingen en vrij prijzig. Je kunt elders in de straat of in de mall ontbijten. Prima en snelle laundry service. Check wel bij het accepteren van de kamer of er niet veel lawaai is en of de airco het doet en ook koud wordt. Op mijn verdieping waren veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen en die maken veel lawaai. Het personeel is blij je te helpen en is altijd van dienst
Veel lawaai uit de stad en van de weg. Bovendien een constante bromtoon in de kamer.

Didn't take breakfast as it wasn't included. Location not near anywhere interesting.
Staff not good at replenishing stuff - many items in short supply.
Well appointed business hotel across the road from a major mall. Nice swimming pool, good wifi, big rooms and, if you wanted it, spa treatments and a gym.
I ate in the restaurant several times, and it was always very good, as was the Indonesian buffet breakfast.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Helpful people in suggesting where we should go for a coffee and a meal while we’re were on there for a short time.
The cleanliness of the dining room furniture was very off putting. The fabric chairs, covered and not, were filthy. Seems like such an easy fix to clean.
In general things seemed ready for a good deep cleaning and upgrades.
I appreciate our room was clean, although I do think hotel rooms should not have carpet in this day and age. It was good to have slippers available.
Breakfast was not appealing to us.
I understand this is supposed to be a budget hotel, in a city. But for the price we paid, things could have been better.
