Great stay
Pros:

The central location is great for exploring Milan, the room and hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable.
The staff at the reception and breakfast area were polite and helpful, we really appreciated their hospitality and are looking forward to returning to this property.

Cons:

There was some construction in the street under our window, but that isn't the hotels fault and it should be over soon.

We will definitely stay here anytime we visit Milan. Cannot beat the location. And the hotel is just so beautiful.

Great stay, excellent hotel! My pick in Milan
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, spacious room and gym facilities.

Cons:

The front desk charged me twice which they admitted was an accident but was frustrating as I needed to wait for the refund to be processed.
