The hotel is in an excellent location - a few steps away from the Duomo and the Metro - 10 minutes away from the Centrale Station. The staff was very kind; they left us a chocolate. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options. Our room was comfortable with a very large bed and a real bed for our son (not a sofa bed).
I can't recall anything that I disliked - the only thing I can say is that the street was closed and it was really hard to get the Uber when we were leaving - definitely not the hotel's fault - but the hotel staff helped us to walk 50m with the luggage.
