Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in an amazing location. The staff were attentive and could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The concierge Andrea was just exceptional, helping us to find restaurants, coffee shops, local lunch venues to ensure we experienced a truly authentic Italian holiday.

Five stars. Four of them belong to the staff.
Pros:

Five stars. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo, and the rooms were spotless every day.

But what really makes Room Mate Giulia special is the staff. Absolutely fantastic: warm, helpful, genuinely kind, and somehow part of the holiday itself. By the end of our stay, it felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed by friends.

Milan has plenty of great hotels. Room Mate Giulia has something harder to find: people who make you want to come back.

My sister in law and I would both stay here again. It was even nicer than it appeared on the website.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great recommendations. Rachele and Sara were particularly terrific.
The location near the Duomo and La Scala opera house was a delight. The breakfast had an abundance of delicious choices.

위치가 너무 좋습니다.

Cons:

주변 도로 공사중이라 택시가 호텔앞까지 못가서 동반가족중에 다리가 불편한 사람이 있어서 고생을 좀 했습니다. 휠체어 대여를 요청했더니 신형 휠체어를 무료로 대여해주었습니다.
