Pros:
Friendly, attentive service and family-run hospitality

Stunning location and panoramic views
Very good food with varied buffets and desserts
Clean, modern property and well-equipped gym
Cons:
Room comfort issues: pillows, beds too firm/small and some noisy rooms

Flies reported in one review
Sauna policy (nudist) and limited hammam comment in a couple of reviews

Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and modern, tidy rooms; isolated issues mentioned (flies in one review) but overall cleanliness is consistently noted as very good.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and family-run hospitality is highlighted across languages (thanks to specific staff named); service is a standout strength in the reviews.
Location
9.8
Numerous mentions of wonderful views, great location and scenic setting (Pustertal/valley views); location is consistently praised as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are modern and well furnished in several reviews, but there are recurring negatives: uncomfortable pillows/beds, some rooms very noisy (over restaurant), lack of AC in one report and missing kettle; these issues reduce the score relative to other categories.
Amenities
9.6
Spa, saunas, pools, gym and additional facilities (animals on-site, panoramic sauna) are frequently praised as excellent; a few minor notes (outdoor pool not warm enough for some, limited complimentary toiletries) slightly temper a perfect score.
Value for Money
8.8
Not often discussed explicitly; overall high quality of service, food and amenities suggests good value, though some small shortcomings (room comfort, niche policy issues like nudist sauna) keep the score slightly below top.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Many positive comments about varied, high-quality breakfast, dinner, buffet and desserts; only minor operational critique about lunch timing in one review.
Overall Experience
10
Across many languages guests describe very relaxing, excellent stays and intend to return; family-run atmosphere, superb service and facilities make the overall experience outstanding.

PANORAMA MOZZAFIATO
Pros:

La posizione è ottima lontano da strade immerso nel verde. Panoramica mozzafiato

Cons:

Sinceramente l'unica nota dolente è la zona living dell'hotel troppo piccola, se la sera vuoi stare al bar clo spazio è sacrificato.
