O Pátria Hotel é um ótimo hotel num excelente local de Lisboa.
Pros:

O Pátria Hotel está localizado num sítio excelente (Saldanha) e tratando-se de um hotel tem sempre alguém na recepção o que é muito confortável. O último quarto em que fiquei era particularmente espaçoso e tinha uma pequena varanda, o que foi muito bom.

Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y llana que era muy importante para nosotros. La relación calidad precio fue perfecta. Las camas eran cómodas y habitaciones limpias. Cambio de toallas diario.Buenos restaurantes cerca incluso uno de los famosos P'tit Truc estaba justo al lado.

Cons:

No se dejen llevar por la fachada ni por la recepción. Se trata de edificio antiguo rehabilitado pero supera con creces lo que esperas de un hotel de una estrella.l

Pros:

Localização e custo por noite. No entanto acabou inflacionado no valor de 20€ devido a uma suposta taxa de limpeza que me foi incutida com a maior impredictibilidade.

Cons:

Atendimento pobre. O me ter sido pedido dados do meu cartão bancário por suposta caução caso houvessem danos no quarto ao longo da estadia causados por mim. E acima de tudo o ter ficado com a impressão que a taxa de limpeza iria ser sempre cobrada independentemente da situação o que revela falta de transparência, falta de integridade e ausência total de profissionalismo. Em suma, uma completa vergonha enquanto um hotel que se diz hotel integrante da rede hoteleira de Lisboa.

Cons:

O telefone do quarto estava operacional mas não consegui comunicar com a recepção.
Uma senhora bateu a minha porta 602 para informar que o telefone tinha alguma anomalia. Então pedi a ela se poderia solicitar pequeno almoço para o meu quarto, eu pago O serviço.
Ela foi e não recebi nenhum feedback, nada, fiquei lá até as 11am e decidi me ir embora.
