Pros:

The room was spacious with all the comforts. The breakfast we bountiful and scrumptious. The amenities were nice though I did not experience the pool or the night life. The staff was exceptional. Probably the greatest group of customer service I have ever experienced.

Couldn't be Happier with Avani+
Pros:

I was expecting something good but experienced something grand. From the moment I was greeted at the gates and checked in with Feeze at the desk, I knew the customer service was going to be on another level. The rooms are clean and elegant which matches the atmosphere of the building. The amenities were great. I highly recommend. It was a plus it had a shuttle boat as well.

Nothing impressive , video and original are different.

Cons:

Carpet in the corridor are very smelly , reception on the 11th floor, reservation staff are duffer and non cooperative.

Great hotel, amazing views, super friendly team.
Pros:

Amazing friendly and very welcoming team. Hotel has great facilities, great location with an entire mall on the lower floors and free boat crossings with sister hotel Anantara to Sathorn Pier. Special mention to Thiwanee for her super friendly service and heart warming smile every morning at breakfast. Would definitely come back here and highly recommend it. Writing this review while still here for another 2 days, yes it’s that good!!!

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Great view from room overlooking the river.
Very good breakfast but what i liked the most is that is connected to sister hotel Anatara and the floors 1 and 2 of the hotel are part of a shopping mall.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was well taken care of, K’Poom provided excellent service, and the breakfast was a highlight. I would happily stay here again.
