Simply Amazing!
Pros:

The moment we stepped in, we were promptly and cordily assisted by the team at the Lobby, were told to proceed on the 11th floor.
Mint at the Front Desk was very accommodating and granted us early check in and late check out, and gave some insights about Bangkok and recommended the hotel facilities.

Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!
Pros:

The location was excellent! The room was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful! I wish we had stayed three times longer! Loved having the little shuttle boat to take us up and down the river.

A wonderful oasis away from the crowd
Pros:

A wonderful location, with easy river access to all the key spots in downtown Bangkok. The staff were helpful and very friendly - such a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was more than enough, with a splendid array of food, freshly prepared everyday. The roof top experience is probably one of the best in Bangkok with stunning sunset views.

Beautiful
Pros:

The Hotel was amazingly beautiful! My first encounter was with the receptionist Pare, she was very knowledgeable, friendly with a warm smile she and explained everything in details to us. The other staff were very friendly and greeted us everyday! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I would also return. Thank you for this beautiful experience!
