Good value for money , comfortable and nice central location.
Staff entering rooms without giving any notice even while the do not disturb sign was in the door.
Comfortable hotel with a lot of stairs to negotiate. The hotel is placed on a very steep hill although it has bus stops right outside. The breakfast was very tasty but don't expect a full English.

Comodissimo parcheggio.
Ottimo lo staff. Bellissime le zone comuni per rilassarsi e leggere qualcosa. Grande e comodo parcheggio privato. Buona colazione
La nostra camera basic ("cabin room") era un po' troppo basic. La finestrella troppo piccola per cambiare l'aria, il primo giorno era una fornace e non c'è l'aria condizionata.
Il bagno non ha il porta carta igienica, così stava su una mensola umida.. non c'è nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare li spazzolino. La doccia non aveva il doccino, così dopo essere andati al gabinetto occorreva farsi una doccia completa (ovviamente non c'è il bidet)
Mancava ovviamente lo scopettino del water.
The staff were absolutely amazing! I had recently injured my self before arriving and the staff went out of their way to help me! One member even went out to go and get me some medicine on her off time! They went above and beyond! Would 100% recommend to anyone to stay here!
Perfect hotel, good location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Sandy. Nothing was too much trouble.

Property downstairs has been renovated beautifully. Bar/dining area is lovely and reception area is welcoming.
Staff were exceptionally polite and lovely.
Our room must have been one of the last not renovated, the bathroom didn’t have a shower (just a hose tap over a bath) and no shower curtain. It was dated and out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. We booked a double and had two twin beds at different heights pushed together.
The “buffet” breakfast is croissants fruit and slices of cheese and ham. Not quite what we expected but fine.

Breakfast was not specified on booking if continental or full breakfast. Was included in our booking but they want to charge us for hot cooked breakfast
Stayed one night here whilst attending a wedding . Lovely hotel . Room was very spacious and clean . Breakfast was excellent . Reasonably priced for the time of year . Owners were very friendly . Definitely recommend booking to stay here . We will return .
Parking + location
Very thin walls, the building is old so everything made noise. The bathroom was tiny and there was no heated towel rack, the only place to hang towels was literally above the toilet, there wasn't even a hook on the door. Breakfast was really small and on g reviews they keep saying you can request some warm food items to everyone who complains, but when asked twice the server said that's not an option lol.
