It’s was clean very nice but I might had looked for a different hotel that was a little better for the price.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean.

Cons:

We could hear the guest above walking at all hours of the night. Heavy foot. The pool said heated, but was cold as ice. It was like a cold plunge and it was not that big like the picture show. Some of the plugs in the room did not work and the last thing was we ran out of toilet paper.

The location is great, but there was a lot of things wrong in our room, especially for it being newly renovated.
Pros:

I like the location of the property not to far from downtown Italy and other attractions.

Cons:

Definitely wasn’t notified that there was construction going on prior before booking and on arrival. It would have been nice to know otherwise I would have booked or common courtesy just a hey just to let you know we are under construction but we will definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible . Instead of walking in to construction.

Lovely comfortable and welcoming stay
Pros:

The hotel was very modern, clean and welcoming. The staff were so nice. Gave us water on arrival. The pool was nice and clean. We had a nice view. The TV was good - we could watch netflix. The food for breakfast was amazing ! The location was good as well.

Clean rooms, kind and friendly staff.! Acknowledged Gold Staus. Great atmosphere created by staff. Shout out to Leilani who was very warm and welcoming!! She did a great job with my reservation, took control, and contacted me when the room was ready!

Staff made for a great stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic experience thanks to the staff. Agape really went above and beyond helping us get into a room that didn't have any scents that would trigger my wife's allergies. When we returned from our cruise a week later Agape had already set everything up so we would have another perfect stay. Good hotel, great location, even better people.

Great Location to Explore Little Italy
Pros:

We had a great experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well run. Leilani at the front desk was welcoming, made check-in smooth, and gave us great recommendations for bars and restaurants in Little Italy. She set the tone right away and made us feel taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Paris would not stay there!
Pros:

I was very disappointed. It was my first time staying at a 'Hilton' and it did not live up to my expectations! Paris Hilton would not stay there!!! First off we had to pay to park at the Hilton? Once inside our room we had to pay for WATER/ the towels were rough, stiff very low quality/there was no information about either the Hiltons (food-bar-breakfast) or San Diego information. No one came to make up our bed! I could go on ,but I will stop there. I will not be staying at any Hilton's!!

Cons:

Nice but it’s under construction and the pool was closed for The first day when we arrived. It opened the next day. Only one elevator was working so there were often long waits to go upstairs
