Pros:

Un hotel muy lindo y acogedor, el jardín es realmente bello y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Todo excelente, tener en cuenta que está un poquito alejado del parque central pero si no te importa caminar, no será problema.

Bellos Jardines

Los jardines del hotel son bonitos, el desayuno es bueno y el lugar es seguro.

Cons:

Hay una construcción cerca y al inicio nos dieron una habitación cerca del lado que estaban martillado y trabajando a las 10 de la noche aún estaban trabajando, pero solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos cambiaron de lado. El agua caliente del baño dura bastante en salir, podría decir que llega agua tibia, pero en general bien.

Good for one night, taking pictures in the garden and enjoying the rooftop!

You’re paying a premium honestly just because the garden is stunning, one of the most beautiful Ive ever seen and the rooftop has a view of the city and volcanoes which is awesome. The staff is super friendly! They let us use the rooftop for a little while after checkout which was nice of them! Breakfast was a buffet with different things and it was good! Lots of variety. Only thing is employees took long to stock the food so breakfast took a long time. Safe location and quiet.

Cons:

The water is so cold! We went to the front desk, they said to let it running for 5-10min, but after almost 20min, it was still so cold. We went down a second time and they said they would adjust the temperature, after this it got a bit warmer, but it was room temperature at most. No hot water at all. Great for one night, but wouldn’t stay longer due to no hot water situation and it was quite expensive for what you get, honestly you’re paying so much for the garden and rooftop. Although I guess if youre two couples sharing one room, its not that expensive.

Lindo Hotel y muy buena atención
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas y cuidadas, además de la atención del personal, todos fueron muy amables y atentos. Por la tarde ofrecen café y algún dulce de cortesía, me pareció un gran detalle

Cons:

La toalla que me dejaron en la habitación estaba rota, podrian cambiarlas para que ya no se utilicen. El desayuno si me pareció muy básico, deberian ofrecer un poco más de variedad sobre todo cuando ya te quedas varios dias porque puede aburrir lo mismo.
