pleasant, quiet and great garden
Pros:

beautiful and quiet with a great garden and a terrace for serving breakfast, the hotel centres around the courtyard garden, generally quiet neighbourhood

Stunning garden, peaceful location and a ten minute walk to the main square, nice breakfast and staff.
Pros:

The garden was stunning. 😍 Nice complimentary breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms are a little outdated, but it doesn’t take away from the charm.

Cons:

The mattress was slightly unbalanced. Fine for one person, but might have been a little uncomfortable if you’re sleeping two to a bed.

Volvería sin pensarlo.
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, el jardín es muy muy bonito, el trato al cliente es excelente y la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, incluido el agua caliente. La ubicación es buena pero un poco lejos del parque.

El jardin es lo mas lindo que vi en Antigua.
Pros:

El jardin es lo mas bello que he visto, esta perfectamente cuidado, es un lugar mágico. Y el staff de recepcion y mucamas. Carlos y Luis de recepcion un 7 muy amables y proactivos, tuve varios problemas con la habitación y ellos solucionaron rápidamente y con la mejor voluntad, tienen un excelente manejo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones, están super mal cuidadas les hace falta mucha mantencion, el agua sale tibia, nunca caliente, por suerte durante nuestras 4 noches de estancia hizo mucho calor. En la habitación había un enchufe colgando y una luz haciendo corte en el baño, no había lampara de noche, una noche el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar. Son espaciosas eso si, tanto la habitación como el baño, no se asusten porque son un poco oscuras aun teniendo ventanas con vista al jardin, la mayoría de los hoteles en Antigua tienen habitaciones oscuras. Todo lo antes comentado no perjudica la estadía, el hotel es lindo, esta bien ubicado, solo falta un poco de interés de la gerencia en las habitaciones.

Excellent location, friendly staff and beautiful garden
Pros:

everything, staff very attentive, breakfast was wonderful, good location, the rooms have an Hacienda or finca feeling so beautiful if you think booking CASA MIA HOTEL over this one think again i wish i made my whole week stay at hotel genesis than casa mia because casa had no AC, charge you for orange juice, staff nearly lost my passport, bathroom door had feces on and the pool is deceiving as only 1FT deep you CANT swim in it is more for scenery photos that's it
