Ein Aufenthalt mit Mängeln!

Unser Aufenthalt hatte leider einige deutliche Schwächen.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Zimmerservice. Mehrfach wurden nach der Reinigung keine frischen Handtücher bereitgelegt, sodass wir diese erst nachfordern mussten. Das sollte in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie selbstverständlich sein.

Sehr negativ ist uns auch eine Situation auf dem Parkplatz in Erinnerung geblieben. Meine Frau stürzte dort mit ihrem E-Bike. Der anwesende Parkplatzmitarbeiter beobachtete den Vorfall, bot jedoch keinerlei Hilfe an und erkundigte sich nicht einmal nach ihrem Befinden. Ein Mindestmaß an Hilfsbereitschaft und Menschlichkeit hätten wir hier erwartet.

Auch der Service im Restaurant konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten teilweise wenig freundlich und eher launisch. Getränke wurden nur selten aktiv angeboten oder nachgeschenkt, sodass man häufig selbst auf das Personal zugehen musste. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen deutlich verbessert werden könnte.

Schade, denn das Hotel hat durchaus Potenzial. Mit mehr Serviceorientierung und einer größeren Aufmerksamkeit für die Gäste ließe sich der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gestalten.

Die Lage ist top. Schönes gemütliches Hotel, ca. 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wer gerne große Spaziergänge über mehrere Kilometer am Meer machen möchte, ist hier richtig. Auf der Promenade oder als Strandspaziergang sind es ca. 20 Minuten zum Hafen. Schöner kleiner Saunabereich und großen Innenpool für Kinder.

Cons:

Dem Personal fehlt es an Freundlichkeit. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war von der Auswahl und vom Geschmack in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr.

Na pewno jeszcze tu przyjadę.

Przepyszne śniadania -z niecierpliwością czekałam na następny dzień. Cisza na śniadaniach - mniej dzieci. Lokalizacja idealna. Świetnie zorganizowane saunowanie - można naprawdę się zrelaksować. Komfortowe wejście - wyjście do i z hotelu.

Hotel Shuum to wyjątkowe miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek.
Pros:

Ogromnym atutem są rewelacyjne śniadania. Hotel położony jest w spokojnej, wyciszonej części Kołobrzegu, z dala od centrum i molo, a jednocześnie zaledwie około 50 metrów od morza, co daje poczucie komfortu i bliskości plaży.

Cons:

Jedynym elementem, którego zabrakło, jest stół bilardowy – szczególnie podczas niepogody pozwoliłby jeszcze lepiej zagospodarować wolny czas. Warto też wspomnieć, że opłata za parking jest dość wysoka i mogłaby być bardziej przystępna.
