Oase in der Areuse-Schlucht
Pros:

Romantisches Hotel an traumhafter Lage, direkt an der Areuse. Das Essen (besonders der fangfrische Fisch) ist gut und das Frühstück sehr grosszügig. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein Bijou an der Areuse mit köstlichem Essen
Pros:

Das kleine Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen an der Areuse. Mit 8 Zimmern ist es perfekt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt fernab des grossen Tourismus. Es wurde sehr schön und sanft renoviert, was den besonderen Charme ausmacht. Im Restaurant isst man hervorragend, sowohl Fleisch wie auch Fisch waren köstlich. Das Frühstück lässt ebensowenig Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Areuse, wo Wanderwege in verschiedene Richtungen starten und man direkt vom Hotel aus loslaufen kann.

Cons:

Am Hotel und Personal gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Hotel liegt extrem ruhig und man würde nachts nur das Plätschern der Areuse hören. Doch leider fand am Abend unseres Aufenthalts ein Fest bis in die Morgenstunden im Nebengebäude statt, so dass wir arg in der Nachtruhe gestört waren.

Un très bel établissement dans un hâvre de paix
Pros:

Un très bel établissement dans un havre de paix.
Le personnel est très attentionné et vraiment serviable.
La chambre est grande et beaucoup plus belle que sur les photos. Idem pour la salle de bain.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié (pains, fruits, charcuterie, fromage, yaourts...).
Une vraie pépite dans un hâvre de paix (très fréquenté par les nombreux randonneurs pour se restaurer)
