Definitely needs improving
Pros:

Ellie on reception was lovely

Cons:

Threadbare carpets, a bed that was obviously on sloping floorboards so I fell out of bed four times in a week

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Nice clean rooms , nice outdoor spaces to have a drink in the good weather especially the Rose Garden. Nice entertainment in the evenings

Cons:

The breakfast on display needed looking at . You had to ask for other options , like having to ask for omelette or fried eggs. Guests might think what was out was all what was available. But staff were very helpful

We love staying here the hotel is lovely & friendly love walking round the grounds and sitting outside,
