Easy access to PA Hospital.
Pros:

The checkin was fast, the rooms were spacious and clean, and it easily accommodated our group. It was great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms available. Easy proximity to visit a family member at the PA hospital.

Cons:

It had a chemical smell in the hallways.

Impressive location - amazing staff - get up to the rooftop!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and always willing to assist on anything - from extra towels to “what is that strange buzzing?” The buzzing is still yet to be determined ;-)
Bonus points for the steam room AND that impressive city view from the rooftop!!

Cons:

Very little - although the buzzing is under investigation ;-)

Tidy apartment good value for money just a bit tired
Pros:

Pros:

Excellent service, room was very clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very approachable and eager to help with any requests. Booking extra nights was very easy and made the trip less stressful

There was nothing generous in the apartment. Bono hair drier in the ensuite. No kitchen paper or serviettes.
The apartment was sparse.
Nothing reached out and grabbed me except for the double glazing in the main bedroom which worked very well. The sound of our speech in the wintergarden room was horrible.

Pros:

Jay was amazing , went out of his way to be helpful. Very thoughtful and excellent customer service .

Second stay here and the property is very clean, close to airport .

The rooftop facilities is quite nice if you have time .

Cons:

1. There was power outage on my first day and there was no one checking in with guests , no back up electricity, no candle nothing. My work got disrupted and I couldn’t sleep as it was hot and I didn’t feel safe . Interestingly the adjacent buildings and road opposite had power .

2. There’s road noise with balcony door open .

Pros:

Location was fair.

Cons:

Far too noisy.Dryer didn’t work. Pillows uncomfortable. Couldn’t completely open the door to the bedroom. TV wasn’t working.

Great Affordable Stay
Pros:

Easy access to shops, train stations, hospital and major freeways. Only 10-15 mins from Brisbane City centre. Clean rooms and had all the amenities that were handy for my stay especially laundry facilities
