My experience was absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos shown on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect reality.

The room was very old, small, and everything was damaged. Most importantly, it was extremely dirty and unhygienic. I have never seen such stained and unclean bedding in any hotel before.

After we raised our complaint, they offered us a room change. Since it was our first visit to Istanbul and we did not want to waste the whole day looking for a new hotel, we agreed to stay in another room for one night, which was slightly better. The next day, we booked another hotel and left.

It was a very disappointing experience.

Homey and Comfortable!
Pros:

Conveniently located close to major thoroughfare Istiklal (but not too close). Room was spacious with a large comfy bed, mostly quiet with light street noise (except Saturday night), good room and bathroom lighting, black-out curtains (essential if room is at front of building which mine was), credenza and closet for items, nice bathroom with walk-in shower, and sitting area. Breakfast buffet included an assortment of sweet and savory items plus fruit juice, coffee and tea beverages. Polite and efficient staff members.

Cons:

Housekeeping was spotty. Some days only one of two trash bins was emptied and bath mat was removed but not replaced. Room was at the front; beware that on Saturday nights, loud music coming from nearby pubs/cafes continues until early morning. I had booked a "room with city view" but my second floor room looked out onto the courtyard of the embassy across the street.

Overordnet er det god valuta for pengene, hvis man ikke ønsker at bruge tid end højst nødvendigt på sit hotel.
Pros:

Personalet på hotellet var meget opmærksomme og hjælpsomme. Altid god service - især fra Ali.
Morgenmaden er frisk, lækker og passer udmærket til det du betaler.
Hotellet beliggenhed er helt klart en kæmpe fordel ift. at kunne gå rundt til mange ting, og så var det rigtig rart at check-ud først var kl. 12.

Cons:

Rengøringen havde sine mangler. Fandt et par gange i løbet ad ugen lange hår enten i brusekabinen eller på toilettet. Håndklæderne havde en underlig lugt, og der var desværre spor af skimmelsvamp i brusekabinen.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno ampio in marmo, che andrebbe curato un pò di più. Colazione dolce e salata niente di eccezionale.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'hotel è situato accanto ad un pub-ristorante dove c'è confusione fino alle 3 di notte.

Good value for money in a central location with friendly staff, but communication could be improved.

The hotel was good value for money and in a very central location, which made it easy to get around. The facilities were decent and everything was generally comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Cons:

The main issue was communication. It was quite difficult to communicate with the staff as none of them did not speak English well, which sometimes made things confusing.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff were really kind and helpful, and the Turkish breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location is great too, in a lively area close to Istiklal Street.

Cons:

The bathrooms weren’t well ventilated in both rooms we had, so there was some mold. They looked clean overall, but could definitely use a deeper anti-mold cleaning. Also, since the hotel is in a busy area, the noise from outside can be a bit much, especially for light sleepers.
