Das nächste Mal definitiv ein anderes Hotel.

Die Lage

Cons:

Die Matratzen der Betten waren derart durch gelegen, es war eine Zumutung und ich konnte nicht schlafen. Der Fußboden war an einer Stelle so stark beschädigt, dass man sich hätte verletzen können. An den Wänden und Ecken waren Spinnweben zu sehen. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Pros:

Excellent location. Next to the pedestrian zone so it was close shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Prima centrale lokatie in de stad met parking incl laadfaciliteiten op korte loopafstand

Cons:

Blijkbaar zit het hotel op een looproute van uitgaande jongeren. Vanaf ca 03.30 veel overlast van gehad

Beautiful heidelberg
Pros:

Everything .it's a great hotel in a central location a short walk from all the bars restaurants and old buildings and about a 15 min walk to the castle

Lage perfekt

Cons:

Aber durch einen Nahe gelgenen Nachtclub und die Hauptstrasse die ganze Nacht extrem laut. Fenster offen lassen war keine Option. Durch Klimanlage war das okay. Jedoch sollten die Zimmer nach vorne und zur Seite raus mit 3 fach verglassung gemacht werden. Ansonsten ist an schlafen kaum zu denken. Wir waren Zimmer 3 sehr schönes Eckzimmer, aber der lärmpegel der Feiernden war unzumutbar. Sehr schade da ansonsten d7e Ausstattung super war. BeimFrühstück fehltes an nichts, Käse und Wurst allerdings sehr bescheidene Ausfahl und sehr wenig wenn es voll ist. Sauberkeit war beim Frühstück aber mega. Obsalat und Gurke, Tomaten in kleinen Glässchen mit Deckeln. Auch sonst alles super hygenisch.
Parkhaus 150 meter weiter. Würde die 5 sterne geben aber durch den Lärm leider nur 4. Wenn das geändert würde, wäre es ein Mega Hotel.

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 6 Personen und hatten an unserem Aufenthalt nichts auszusetzen.mit dem Frühstück waren auch alle zufrieden.

An excellent family-owned (and run) hotel at the western end of the Altstadt.
Pros:

We chose this hotel for its location - in the Altstadt and yet close to Heidelberg Hbf for easy access to DB trains. Our choice proved to be excellent!

This hotel is a family-run business of a smallish hotel operating to very high standards. The hotel's ambiance - whether in the guest rooms or the reception area (where breakfast is also laid out) - was wonderful. For our first two nights there were only a few guests staying - breakfast was therefore a very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful event. The range of food provided was very good.

There were numerous shops and restaurants on the Hauptstrasse lying to the east of the hotel and right up to the Marktplatz and the Kornmarket.

Our bed was extremely comfortable.

The WiFi worked well.

There was a very large electronic security box (securely bolted to the wall).

All the staff were helpful - we would particularly like to praise the help and information from Niccolette at reception on our arrival (and thereafter during our stay) - many thanks, Niccolette!!
