It was a nice stay, floorboards are creaky hard to sleep but still nice

Cons:

It was kind of dirty , the bathroom and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly or as I was excepting as we booked 2 rooms the other room was very much clean

It was a pleasant stay reception was helpful and knew local shop for mobile phone chargers!!
Pros:

It was near the main bus route to Barnstaple and close to main shops and local attractions

Cons:

The lift was too small and some way from room.
It was quicker to walk down the stairs to reception.

Nice staff but the worst shower ever
Pros:

Great location and the staff were friendly

Cons:

Worst shower I have ever had, the room was very run down and although the bedding & towels were clean the walls, bed base & chair etc were all pretty grim, the best was also super uncomfortable

Pros:

Prompt check in staff were polite. Hotel clean and comfortable stay.Hotel is close to the beach front, theatre and short walk to harbour restaurants. Great for walking along the coastline. Very pretty area Ilfracombe.

Cons:

Clean but maybe needs redecorating as flaking paint. Had to go up in lift as lot of steps/doorways to find out room on top floor

Pros:

just nice and clean hotel,staff was very friendly and its pets free too

Cons:

the room, the view was not very nice,around all I could see was brick, no views to see the town or anything at all
