Beautiful location, will visit st Ives again
Pros:

Loved the location

Cons:

Struggled to get parking, limited allocated spaces in in the parking garage, had to park at the park&ride car park at the top of town and then walk down

Not the greatest stay
Pros:

Good location and lovely receptionist

Cons:

Room was VERY dated. Quite a few strange insects kept popping up from the shower plug.
Heating was a sauna
Damp around the walls
Yeah just wasn’t great BUT it was late at night by the time we arrived due to work so it was literally just to sleep in thankfully

Pros:

The mattress was surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

First of all, let's say about the staff attitude. I do think they were very negative, when I got there, asked about if I parked at the hotel car park, which I didnt know it had, as website does not state it. Then staff responded arrogant, that it is probably full.
The room itself was okay, other than it was very dirty, bath broken.
When I left after check out, kindly said to the staff thank you, and good bye and was not a single response came back. I think its very rude.

Excellent location, hotel in need of some updating
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Room was very stuffy. No ventilation. Hotel itself could benefit from redecoration and furnishings.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean as always, comfortable bed, great night sleep. Good hairdryer, nice big towels. Good tower fan provided. Great sea view.

Cons:

Shower did not work in room, reported to reception, informed housekeeping would pop up. Sadly no one came so had to resort to a bath as needed to check out. No one had been by time we checked out. No one at desk when checked out.

Pros:

The view from the balcony

Cons:

The whole place needs a good clean and re furbishment!
Walls and carpets stained and marked, rusted radiator in the bathroom, door handle plate to our room falling off. No breakfast.

Мне понравилось все! Моя семья была довольна номером в целом... Кровати удобные, все было хорошо. Да отель не новый, но это нормально, все было хорошо за эти деньги.

They should do something about fans or air con obviously they can charge for it but make it comfortable for guests. I do

I would say location is perfect.

Cons:

Property is not worth it in the summer as if doesn’t have any proper ventilation and they do not have good fans. It’s very uncomfortable in summers. You can’t sleep at night.

Pros:

I like how good the location is.

Cons:

The room is hot during summer. The ventilation is not enough. The parking is full of birth poop which should be improve. Serving the breakfast takes long specially when there is a lot of guess.
