The hotel is very tired and dirty in places
The bed was comfy.

The hotel was tired and very dirty. We had to clean the table in the room and also the washbasin.
There were tea making facilities but no milk left in the room. As the lift was not working, we used the stairs, the carpet went up the middle, on each side of it was painted white, but looked black as there was layers of dust. The hotel was cashless as well, which not everyone has cards. Breakfast had run out of croissants on our first day. The cooked breakfast however was good. The waiting on staff were rubbish and miserable.
Good value for money. Close to the pier and main shopping centre.
Didn't have hot water until we decided to run shower for at least 10 minutes each time. Bathroom door did not shut needed planing. TV had to be tuned in for us.

Facilities very bad. Ants in room, headboard fell off. Windows didn’t open properly. Main lift wasn’t working and small lift wouldn’t open on floor 3

We booked the hotel for its location and for the carpark facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious for the two of us and the shower was hot . Breakfast was very plentiful no complaints there.
Due to the weather the room was very hot even with the small fan on, we did open the window but it made no difference but this is no reflection on the hotel.
Sorry to say that the mattress on the bed was lumpy and we really didn't get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was extremely dirty and uncomfortably hot. Upon arrival, the receptionist attempted to charge me a second time for the pet fee and parking, and only stopped after I showed the payment receipt.
The room was in terrible condition: the cutlery and TV remote were dirty, the bathroom smelled foul, and the walls were filthy. People were climbing around outside the window at night, which felt completely unsafe. The room had no fresh air or proper ventilation, making the heat unbearable and sleep impossible. The entire room is in desperate need of renovation.

Budynek ogólnie cały do remontu .Wszystko stare brudne .Okna bardzo brudne problem z otwarciem okna . W pokoju bardzo duszno brak klimatyzacji,wentylator wątpliwej czystosci .Słabo oznaczone wyjscie z korytarzy do recepcji.
Great value for money hotel in perfect position. Staff very friendly & efficient. Brilliant breakfast with loads of choices.
Our bathroom had a couple of issues which we didn’t report as we only had a 2 night stay. Very slow water pressure in the shower, also cistern was very loose.
All good.
