Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Breve estadía
Pros:

El desayuno era muy variado, con frutas frescas de la zona, el lugar en que se sirve el desayuno también es muy bonito.

Cons:

Consultamos por el servicio de cena pero nos dijeron que ese día no nos podían atender porque ya había una reserva para cena por lo que tuvimos que ir a cenar a otro hotel.

Excelente estadía, hotel único en el Litoral ariqueño
Pros:

La vista desde la habitación y en realidad desde todas partes del hotel... La calidad del desayuno... La hermosa arquitectura... La comodidad de ls instalaciones

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien... Recomendaría solo un par de detalles, mantener las maderas exteriores, cambiar tapas ciegas eléctricas en la habitación

Pros:

部屋からは海が一望でき、ベランダで波の音を聞きながら過ごす時間は本当に贅沢です。ベッドに横になったままでも海が見え、朝も夜も最高の景色を楽しめます。
ホテルのスタッフはロビーもレストランもとても親切で、居心地の良い雰囲気でした。
海の音を聞き、夕焼けや月を眺めながら、ただゆっくりと過ごす。
そんな時間の大切さを思い出させてくれる、とても素敵なホテルでした。

Restful stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable evening in Arica - so comfortable we stayed for an extra night. We arrived early off the night bus and the staff were so accommodating in helping us check into our room early. The bed is maybe one of the comfiest I have ever slept in, with views of their private beach and ocean. The room was clean with outdoor space. We enjoyed watching many birds and the sunset. The breakfast was delicious and included ! It was also great that we could get tea, coffee and filtered water throughout the day and evening. Sports bar was close with decent prices, decent cocktails and quality food overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t amazing and the dinner was slightly overpriced. They also didn’t serve on a Sunday but you can walk along to promenade to some lovely options nearby. Don’t let this put you off though - the hotel is so restful !
