Pros:

The house is well equiped and conveniently located being walking distance from restaurants and shops in town. Its set back from the main road and was generally quiet and peaceful with a nice view from upstairs.

Cons:

The shower is a little pokey, but fine for most - nothing else negative during our stay.

It’s a great property but I would like the photos to reflect the property we stay in
Pros:

We have stayed here before, but I would say the photos when you are booking do not reflect the cottage that we stay in and I think you should separate them out. We actually chose this location because we wanted a property with no floorboards due to cold air. The property had floorboards but no cold air came through which was great.

Perfect for family holiday
Pros:

House on Frederick was generally clean and well equipped. It was a minute drive from the town centre. The beds were comfortable and we noticed that there are 2 EV chargers on site. Plus point: it has a fantastic view of the harbour!

Pros:

Location is superb - just 5 minutes from downtown. The rooms are comfortable and there is lots of light. Parking is good and access is easy. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Cons:

The outside door light wasn't working which didn't help getting in in the dark.

Comfortable, easy and well placed to give access to all parts of Albany.
Pros:

The property was comfortable neat and clean and had great views with all the equipment you expect to find in an apartment. It even had electric blankets which were most comfortable

Only one thing which is very minor, the television obscured the lovely harbor views.

Great staff, well-presented unit was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful staff, homely feel down to the fresh flowers on the table. Clean unit and well equipped kitchen. We had everything we need for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
