Clean and convenient in a great location. Online booking for parking was easy. Included breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, check in was super easy, loved that I could pay cash and that parking and breakfast were included in the room price. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was really nice and the shower was awesome. Location was great too! Close to Macquarie Centre and down a quiet street that made it easy to get to and easy to leave in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!
The breakfast could be of a higher standard. Eggs and fried rice was a bit dry. A bit more care and effort into the breakfast would definitely lift the breakfast standard to everything else.
Clean and the staff were friendly
Nothing
Positives:
- The staff: John at reception upon my arrival (very late at night) was all smiles and was super polite and helpful.
- The lovely Ha was so accommodating. When I explained that I running a bit behind schedule to check out & also had many pieces of luggage to transfer to the car so Ha extended my check out time proactively.
- The shower pressure was great which made for quick & efficient showering.
- The furniture was functional but dated.
- The block out blinds were just that – really good.
- Comfortable bed.
- Good aircon. worked well, not noisy with no emanating odours when it was on.
Negatives:
- Room not cleaned or serviced well at all and even though I SPECIFICALLY requested that the room be vacuumed and the bathroom & bedding be checked for hair strands and other debris. As soon as I approached the bed, there it was a hair strand on the top cover and then another one when I pull back the spread on the sheet with what looked a very small bug / fly? Irksome! Didn’t see hair strands in the bathroom but the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned mopped for a very long time! - Please see photos of all of the above!
- Grotty tap bases & lotion bases, rusted, broken bin, big hole in hand towel (please see photos)
- Some of the furniture was old & dated.
- Nil bathroom privacy. The bathroom & toilet are actually in the room only separated by glass panels and glass door! Hopefully they have other rooms available for couples with an actual separate room with walls and a door.
- No cooking facilities or even a microwave at least. This presented problems and further expense in terms of meals.
- Parking $50 per night way too expensive.
