The bed was enormous. Room perfectly clean and tidy with everything you needed. Iron, ironing board. Tea and coffee facility, safe. Plenty of towels, t.v.
Breakfast was fabulous, the choices were amazing from continental to full English breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite, very professional. Short walk to lots of bar's and restaurants. Great location. Car park was only a quick 5 minutes walk. Cost £21 for 24 hours which you pay at the hotel reception.

The location is top notch if you are inclined to mince your way to the Gay village (literally 2 mins from the hotel).The room was super clean and comfortable and the huge shower was perfect. The best thing about this hotel is the staff on reception. They kick started our weekend on the village with a smile and great hospitality.
I loved everything apart from the heat in the room. The thermostat wouldn't go below 19 degrees and it was one of the hottest days of the year. There was an option to get a fan for the room but they were already all taken by the time I asked for one. This heating issue is common with most hotels and had it not been a scorcher of a weekend, it wouldn't have bothered me. This is not a complaint, just the only thing that could have been better.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with decent facilities. Easy access to transport and local dining and shops.
Parking was a small distance but to be expected in such a central location. Call in advance to find the right location first.
The location was great and the hotel was clean and comfy.
That you charge £23.00 to return a left item (one shoe), which is frankly a ridiculous cost for postage. This is not looking after your customers. I will have to make a special trip to come back and collect it in a couple of months time!
