other than booking in experinece staff and facilities were great

Male memeber of staff (Foreign gentleman) when booking in was robotic and made my wife feel uncomfortable because he was constsntly staring at her while spreaking to me!

It could be the place to stay for next time.
Pros:

It was a short stay in Manchester. I planned to visit Chinatown, Old Trafford Stadium, and Etihad Stadium, the plan have been done successfully, the main reason is the hotel location, very very convenient. You just reach the tram station by foot and can go everywhere of the city...
And further more, the breakfast was better than I expected, quite nice.

Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows (and you can actually ask staff to give you another pillow types, if needed - more firm or more soft), amenities all in a great state, clean, great location
