The hotel was in a good location, bed was comfortable, nice bathroom toiletries and good shower, breakfast was good.
There were areas in need of improvement, grouting in bathroom floor tiles were missing and cracked/ loose both in my room and my son’s separate room.
I messaged to ask about parking and was told reduced parking however wasn’t told both before and at check in that you must sort this at check in as can’t do at check out. There was a note on reception desk saying this but no where near where I checked in. Upon check out I was told can’t do it now and and was very unhelpful. Cleaning was ok but only ok.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable
The staff were lovely, the hotel was nice
We paid more than usual being at the take.that concert. We didnt have tea and coffee and had one biscuit between us.
We were right by a door by lifts ans they banged all night
The location is perfect for wandering the inner city and we had breakfast with our room which was superb. The room was lovely and exceeded our expectations with the food, gym and bar services as well as the lovely room.
Parking - but not alot can be done about that

Pleased with the modern bathroom, great shower, really good breakfast and comfy beds. Great location also for exploring Manchester City centre.
