Good stay±
Pros:

Hotel is a nice choice for travelers. Travelled for business and stayed for 11 nights. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast had enough choice. Good connection with city center. Not the big noise chain hotel, but very good choice )

I feel disappointed after previous enjoyed stay

Check out : reception lady makes you wait to check “if I did not forget anything” . It is the first time to face such a question. Was feeling as if a robber suspect.
And a year ago staff was more polite, well mannered.

Відношення при прибутті зпортило враження про готель.

Дуже чисто.Смачний сніданок.Спркійно.Зручне ліжко.

По приїзду не сподобалося відношення хлопця на рецепції..Нічого не пояснив.Дав карту і тільки сказав :у вас 3 корпус.Не пояснив нікого.Я після дороги втомлена вийшла во дворі готелю вночі і нічого не зрозуміла :куди йти.Багатоипртміщень,дверей....шукала з моїм багажом-не знайшла..Повернулася.чекала пока він повернеться й знов запитала куди йти?Він тільки рукою показав що туду во двор.Не провів ..нічого.Він пройшов далі спати .А я сама пішла шукати..Після 10 хвилин пошуків -знайшла..
Це дуже неввічливо робити що він робив на своєму робочому місці.
Ніколи такого не бачила. .Подорожую часто .Тільки за цій рік з Букінгом знімала 17 раз готелі,но таке бачу перший раз .
